My wife and I recently used PM Custom Designs to remodel a condo that we got from my wife’s mother as a gift. It was in serious need of….shall we politely say, “refreshing” (more like complete demolition from top to bottom in every regard…down to the bones!). I could spend a lot of time writing nice things about this company and it would all be true. But I think it is more efficient for me to share the actual letter that I sent to Arte (the owner) and Joy (the designer) at the completion of the project. I do not need to write more. You will feel the appreciation: Arte/Joy, Actually, it is bittersweet for us that the project has come to an end. We are so happy with how everything turned out. You took an ugly condo and made it into a beautiful refuge for us! Thank you so much for your fine work, great communication, integrity, and professionalism. It is not easy to jump into a project like this. While it is only a small condo, we still had to make a million decisions. And many of them had to be made while we were far away from the action. It was not easy. But you both made it as easy as it could have been for us. Plus, you were so pleasant and fun to work with. We realized early on that we were in good hands with you and you quickly earned our trust. I can honestly say that you never let us down. Joy, you are completely amazing! We marveled at how knowledgeable you are with so many things….down to the tiniest detail. We totally trusted your judgment and input. And we are glad that we did. Kudos to you for your great professionalism. And Arte, you are a complete gentleman. What a class act! I feel odd telling you that you are too honest and nice to be a contractor. But that is true. Only please don’t ever change. You give contractors a good name. And I have dealt with a few in my time. You are a man of your word. Love your communication skills and attention to detail. You were committed to doing quality work and making sure that we were happy with the project every step of the way. So we really are sad with the project wrapping up. We really liked you both very much. We wish you the best. And, if you ever find yourselves in our neighborhood, we would be honored to have you in for a drink at our awesome “new” condo. PM Custom Design did a great job on our primary bathroom and lanai bathroom renovations. The transformation of both spaces is amazing! They used high quality materials that are also functional and their artisans are fantastic. We appreciated their professionalism.

I am a tough customer. I expect everything to be perfect when the job is done. Pat and Arte at PM Custom Design recently installed an outdoor kitchen for us. From the original design until the job was complete, they were timely, responsive, and professional. The finished product is exactly like the approved design, perhaps better. There were no shortcuts on quality and craftsmanship. The final price was exactly what was quoted. We highly recommend them, and we would certainly use them again.

PM Customs did a fantastic job updating my basic builder grade kitchen into a kitchen that I am ready to show off! The team was easy to work with and open to my ideas (although I tried to manage myself with ideas through the process!). Just an overall pleasant experience!

I was referred to the owner, Pat, by a friend that he did work for over 8 years ago.I met with PM Custom Design last year during the pandemic to discuss remodeling an upstairs bonus room Into a bar/media room. Joy, their Ceritied Kitchen and Bath Designer was very knowledgeable and professional. Not only did she listen but, she “got” the exact vibe and style I was going for. I could not be happier with the quality of the products used or the excellent craftsmanship provided by everyone involved in my project. I am looking forward to working with Pat, Joy and their entire crew next year when I remodel my kitchen.

Pat and Joy managed an important project in our condo building a simple but elegant prayer room. They listened and came back with creative and cost effective solutions. The sub contractors they used were highly professional. Despite pandemic induced material and labor issues, the project was done very well. Overall, a pleasant experience to deal with this firm.
