I was very much procrastinating on having my bathroom remodeled after having been through the experience several times in the past. I would have done it sooner if I had used PI for prior renovations. I appreciate the respect given to my property, the promptness of responses to all of my questions and requests for changes/upgrades. I was able to end up with a finished product that I love and very happy to have my project completed well within the projected timeline unlike the usual expected seemingly endless limeline bumpbacks from other companies that seemed neverending. I am not one to do these types of reviews but hope to save others from the drama I dealt with from other companies.

Icon Kitchen & Bath did a beautiful job remodeling my aunt and uncles kitchen! The owner, Sean and his entire crew were attentive, creative and helpful. Each and every step was well thought out and planned perfectly. The staff was responsive and the workmanship was completed to my aunt’s satisfaction. Highly recommended, five stars!

I honestly do not know how there are several 5 star reviews for him (must be from his friends). Sean is a good salesman and talks a good talk. However, he had 3 different 2 man teams come to work on the house. The 1st set refused to come back because they told us that Sean hadn’t paid them. Then Sean called me the next day asking for another payment (that was not due yet because the completion of the project was not yet finished). He was not responsive to my text messages and always said that he would get something handled, but didn’t follow through. Our project was supposed to take 6-8 weeks, but it took 6 months due to them not ordering the correct size cabinetry. The guys who put in the flooring did a terrible job. Our LVP is very uneven and we will eventually have to replace it. There were SOOOO many other issues with him and this project, but too many to put in this review. I waited to write this review until after our project was complete, however it never got 100%finished. We still have crown moulding that never got put up. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! Buyer beware.

Extremely satisfied client of Icon Kitchen & Bath, Sean was incredible throughout the entire process. Listening to the ideas we had for our kitchen and bathrooms and helping improve those ideas with his suggestions. During the renovation process Sean was ALWAYS available via Text or Phone Call, he listened to any and all of our concerns as the renovation progressed and did not hesitate to make any correction and/or minor changes that we asked. Sean did not try to talk us into anything just so he can complete the job, worked with us throughout and made several visits to inspect and ensure we were happy with how the job’s were going. We are thrilled with the results, the quality of material and the craftsmanship of the work. Highly recommend Icon Kitchen and Baths!

Icon kitchen and bath did a fabulous job renovating our kitchen! They provided the best quote among numerous ones we got and everything turned out perfect. They did everything we asked for, went over all the details with us and the quality of their work is outstanding. We are in love with our new kitchen! Thank you Sean and thanks to the entire crew.
