The installation of my counter tops and one cabinet was completed on October 2019 and 6 weeks later the cabinet drawers were having problems. I immediately called Carlos Ocampo for repair who stood me up each time and kept me waiting to the point were I was fired from my job. He never had the courtesy of a phone call and totally disrespected my time and money. I decided to contact him again on January 2020 for the same problem and the same scenario continues. He stood me up again and is not even answering my phone calls. This business is a joke and it does not hold up to its word when it comes to honoring warranties. Unfortunately, they lack professionalism and most of all respect for their customers. I hope that who ever is reading this review takes it seriously and hire and reputable business.

Oscar, the owner, left the job unfinished. Was just a couple of details that we asked him to do, for example fixing the dishwasher to the counter-top. Today is the anniversary of the installation, I have called and text multiple times during the year, he always promise that he will come in two day, or next day.. never shows up… Today I’m hiring another company to finish what they should be done. I was very patient, but I can wait anymore. Very irresponsable, the worst vendor that I had during the renovation

Good customer service by Owner was well greeted as I walked in I was given a good estimate on my kitchen remodeling n shown a couple of granite countertops they had in at the shop Now just waiting on the ending result of my kitchen being remodel thanks guys

M and V granite The best company is’t very responsible team and does an excellent job and Im contacted them to renovate my my bathrooms, and kitchen of the house and the work they did was excellent , her team is friendly they are made everything as I wanted and a very good price, But the quality was incredible, I recommend this company work so well they are responsible the best company in miami dade ..

I have to change the counter top of my Kitchen and they really save the day!! I was using another company and they left the job incomplete, but Oscar, German and Anthony they really did a wonderful job, correct everything in the way is supposed to be, they are really knowledgeable about Quartz and Granite, leave the area clean and nice they have a lot of pride and they really do a good job! I am happy to have my kitchen back.
