After 3+ weeks on a project that was supposed to be finished in one, JCI completed our reno project at a competitive price. We had a few bumps in the road and due to a midstream illness, there were a number of changing hands which contributed to some of the delays, but in the end, the work was done well, and the guys cleaned up after their work each day. Have to say thanks to Sean, who was thrown into the project midway and worked diligently to fix some issues and finish the project. He really came through to get this to the finish line.

Start to finish was professional !! Richard, the estimator arrived on time and provided estimate as promised. Once work started everyone was friendly and super hard workers. John, went over and above every day and cleaned up every night. Great Job !!!

My experience with this company was absolutely amazing From Christine the one that helped me pick out everything. She knew so much about everything. All my colors and choices came out so good down to the project manager that was over the project every one of the employees that came to my home was so nice and friendly and let me know everything that was going on step-by-step, definitely use them again. This was my first time doing a remodel and it was so easy and so amazing. Love the job.

Our project was small, a laundry room/closet build out/made the closet deeper, and John, our master carpenter, did an amazing job. He was friendly and very easy to discuss the project and what we wanted. Christine was very easy to work with in the office, too. We are very happy with the result.

When we decided to do a total remodel on our Ft. Myers condo (while living 1500 miles away), we were lucky to find JCI Home Services LLC. After initially speaking to Christine and doing a zoom walk thru with Tim, we got a tentative plan & estimate & felt comfortable enough to start. We flew to FL, & with their help finalized our design plans, made our choices, and set the remodel in motion. Christine, Tim, Jason, and Jon were extremely professional, responsive and helpful. We received regular updates and pictures throughout the process. They kept us in the loop, made suggestions and responded to our questions & concerns in a timely manner. They completed the entire remodel (kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, new flooring, doors, lighting, etc.) in less than 4 months, and the finished product surpassed our expectations! Only problem was Hurricane Ian hit less than 2 weeks after completion and made a mess of our beautiful place. No problem! JCI Home Services to the rescue! Jason & his crew have already mitigated the damage, ordered materials, and are organizing the repairs. We are already ahead of the rest of our neighbors thanks to JCI and are looking forward to enjoying the winter months in our newly remodeled condo. We can’t say enough about the service we received. We would highly recommend JCI Home Services LLC for any of your construction and remodeling needs!
