I now have beautiful brand spanking new kitchen maple wood cabinets and quartz countertops thanks to New Concept Cabinet Solutions. The process only took 3 days and they worked with my schedule. The 1st day involved a full kitchen demolition, removal, and hauling of the existing cabinets and countertops; the 2nd day was the installation of the beautiful night blue colored cabinets with complimentary gold tone handles, and a splash of glass cabinets; and the final day was the cutting and fitting of the marble white lightly streaked grayish quartz countertops and new sink. I have received several compliments from friends and family about my new kitchen. The cabinets match my freshly painted walls, flooring, and lights. I am very pleased with the cost, work, timeliness, cleanup, and employees from New Concept Cabinet. The Showroom has an array of attractive kitchen designs and is very central to various surrounding cities and counties. Start soon on remodeling your kitchen at New Concept Cabinet. New concepts cabinets Incorporated is a great place to do business with for kitchen cabinets countertops and flooring they use quality materials and install everything as planned, they installed kitchen cabinets countertops and flooring for my dad’s house 8 years ago and just last month did my wife’s house cabinets and countertops looks beautiful and we recommend them with five stars

The previous review below is the same AWFUL experience I had with New Concept Cabinets. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could post this review with negative stars, I would! “By far the worst people you can deal with when deciding on something so exciting and major in your home. This man (Frank) is rude, does not acknowledge your concerns, disregards your wants for the very kitchen YOU are paying for and simply has the worst customer service you could come across…Wouldn’t recommend New Concept Cabinet to my worst enemy!”

WOW!!! These guys are AMAZING… From start to finish, a great experience. Brian was a true professional and walked me through the entire process, from cabinet colors to countertop options. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Frank was also amazing to deal with as well as their entire staff. Not only were their prices competitive, but their service and professionalism were second to none. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again for future projects.

We just had our beautiful cabinets installed and 3 bathroom vanities–also beautiful by the way. The installers were quick and professional. The sales person (Frank) was attentive and professional as well.

By far the worst people you can deal with when deciding on something so exciting and major in your home. This man is rude, does not acknowledge your concerns, disregards your wants for the very kitchen YOU are paying for and simply has the worst customer service you could come across. Scheduled us, in writing, for a week out after the contract was signed and the crew didn’t show up. We called and they blamed us for not confirming. What is there to confirm when we signed a written contract with a date on it? Okay. Scheduled us out for a whole other week later. Installer crew came in, punched our main power line, putting a couple hundred out of pocket to get it fixed and this company did not want to take responsibility for it, even though it was their mistake. Anyway, should’ve just gone with Granite and Cabinet Depot in Ontario, much wider variety and magnificent customer service. Wouldn’t recommend New Concept Cabinet to my worst enemy (:
