KHB completed a major remodel after water damage came through our ceiling. From our first contact to our final walk through, we have had a positive, respectful and supportive relationship with every employee at KHB. Pierce provided us with a flexible, informed and comprehensive planning process and worked very closely with all of our, sometimes shifting, priorities. Alana, KHB’s designer, had incredible insights and taste and worked in a very timely manner when making adjustments and recommendations. She went above and beyond with ongoing resources and design ideas. Once work began we were in very capable hands with Guy and his team. They found top notch sub-contractors when needed and kept us informed throughout the process. We are so thrilled with the final outcome and will definitely recommend KHB to friends and for any future needs. On-time, on budget and a beautiful outcome, what more could one ask from a remodel?

We recently had a full kitchen and bathroom remodel done by KHB Construction and they were the absolute best! From the beginning, Ryan and Pierce were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Their designer Kerriann was wonderful! She understood my vision and made it become a reality. My onsite construction team was top notch! Justin, Griffin, Stephen and Angel your guy’s work and professionalism is 100% top quality. I will definitely be requesting you on my next project. Bobby Runyan, I truly appreciated the meeting we had and you just checking in periodically during the build. Any questions, concerns or changes I had you were right there to make sure they were answered, dealt with and my changes were accommodated. Thank you for your utmost professionalism! I am already planning my next projects.

KHB did an AMAZING job on our kitchen!!! Their team went above & beyond from start to finish. Their Attention to detail on everything is impeccable!! Any issues immediately handled with no stress on us. Professional, friendly, clean crews. We can’t give a high enough recommendation for KHB. Treena, Alana, Justin, & Jacob are a dream team to work with. They were also great at working with our homeowners insurance.

So I had called up this company on Monday Oct 23 and had asked for an estimate. I needed my bathroom demo’d and fixed because another contractor messed it up. The young lady on the phone, I believe her name was Hailey, had answered and asked that I send over the photos of the current situation with the bathroom. To which I did immediately. I was told by her that she would speak with her superior and show him the photos and that she would get back to me at the end of the day if not the next day at the latest. It is now Friday Oct 27….I guess their definition of getting back to me the next day would probably be next year. Would not recommend this business. Zero communication skills and no response period. If you do decide to call me now due to this review, don’t bother. I wish to not conduct business with such poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism. Update: Ryan reached out to me in order to fix the communication problem. It was told my voicemail box was full (I still think that’s a bit weird). But they were courteous in their communication and had sent Treena out to come give me an estimate and more info on what their company is about. Treena had an upbeat positive attitude which was refreshing. Unfortunately their remodeling cost, according to her off the top of her head, to fix my small bathroom would be around $43k. Really ridiculous number for a small bathroom. I can understand it if it was a master bath or kitchen. I politely declined as that was definitely out of my price range. The company does have a really nice offer regarding a designer for bath/kitchen. Their cost is $1500 to get a design up for you and show you the 3D model. So I will use their services for the 3D rendering of my other two baths.

Remodeling was a very stressful decision, but I was very grateful for choosing KHB construction. Our initial visit with Ryan was very professional, detailed, and he worked within our budget. I also was impressed with his use of technology in capturing images of the house. It made for a great before and after. The application “Buildertrend,” was also a very good resource to have available throughout the project. The second visit was even more than I could have hoped. I liked that an entire team showed up with a designer, a project manager, and those who would be directly working on site. It made us feel that we had our own team focusing on the project, and we were able to put a face to names of the people who would be remodeling our home. KHB did an amazing job. I am grateful for all the people who worked on our home. They listened to what we wanted and when we didn’t know they were very good at providing ideas and explaining the process. Keriann was really good at finding our style and researching items that worked for us. Something that was very important to us, was keeping to the timeline. We had to move out, but KHB was true to their word, and were able to finish a week prior to the date predicted. Doug was there just about everyday managing and working to keep things on track. His presence and work was exceptional and the key to making this happen. And even though things come up, Matthew was always available and stepping in when Doug was not able. Between the two of them the ball never dropped. They all worked well together and created just an amazing home for us. We love our home, and we are so happy with the new look. Thank you so much to all those who work at KHB, who worked on our home, and those behind the scenes.

I had a great experience with KHB for my bathroom remodel. All of the individuals I worked with from KHB to plan and complete my bathroom remodel were incredibly professional, punctual, and skilled. If I have another remodel or repair needed in the future, I will definitely call KHB!

I used KHB for my second-story addition to my home. The longest process was waiting for the permits from Turlock but after that was done they were on time every day and completed my project in only four months. I am very very very happy with the final results. Guy and his crew are fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough about them. I would not use any other company for my construction needs. Thank you Ryan, Guy, Matthew and Keriann.
