Dan did a great job and quickly! They came over on Thanksgiving to ensure our roof would be leakproof before any snow arrived. They were prompt, clean, and quick. We so appreciate the terrific job and now our chimney is Santa proof. Not the famous Christmas Santa but my weird uncle by the same name who likes to hang out on the roof. Who knows what he does up there. We will probably need Dan’s help again because of that dude. Seriously though, five stars.

Dan and his crew completed several projects in our home that was built in 1930. They installed flooring, trim, cabinetry, dishwasher, counter top, interior doors, sink and fixtures. they not only showed professionalism, but patience as well. Not only did our house prove to be challenging, but my wife and I made several changes during the project. Dan and his crew were very understanding, thought outside the box, and completed everything above and beyond our imaginations. We are extremely pleased with their work. Very good pricing and we will be using them for more jobs in the coming months. HIGHLY recommend!!

I hired them to complete a project that another contractor did not finish. They sided my house and garage installed my windows and installed a garage door opener. They were very friendly professional and had the job done in the time they said they would. I highly recommend them very professional company.

Dan Kasabian & associates are by far a dedicated & trust worthy team. To start with Dan shows up at the time given for estimates and is true to his word/quote. Our first huge project with Top Notch ( stripping and sealing a deck)was extremely challenging & in constant state of flux. They never gave up nor increased the original quote. Our next project was a bathroom redo and some painting. We completely trusted the crew in our home & they were respectful of that and ourselves. We would highly recommend Top Notch for any home remodeling needs

They came in after the previous contractor had messed up everything! I was without any running water! Dan fit me in and corrected the numerous mistakes the previous contractor made installing my shower….. They are without a fought “Top Notch”! They are continuing to cleanup the mess I have and doing a great job! Highly recommend!
