Roadside Attraction Design Studio,LLC 2 years agoPoor attention to detail and stubborn with her ideas that lack quality design ideas. Site visits were risky because of her lack of mobility and health. Was rude to construction crew and is not capable of rudimentary mathematics resulting in slow arduous time delays. She does not have the ability to work in CAD and drawings were not viable for any construction efforts. Run, do not walk.

Jake Johnson Enterprises Inc 3 years agoJake and his crew are amazing. They show up and get the work done! They did beautiful pasture fencing for us plus a perimeter fence to keep our dogs in. They cleared many blackberries and scotch broom bushed and then took them off our property. They were always on time and just did amazing craftsmanship with incredible attention to detail! They were able to clean up my driveway that had seen much better days, figuring out a draining problem for me and clean out some curtain drains. Lastly, my boys were sad about us moving to Vashon and Jake and his crew were able to put in an amazing pump track for my boys! They are so excited about their new house now and that’s a big thanks to Jake and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone, they are fantastic and they worked with me on my budget!

Vitalitree LLC 2 months agoJordon was incredibly knowledgable when he did a walkthrough with me around my property. He gave me helpful information about my plants and trees and how to care for them. So when I booked with him, I thought I would get that same level of tree care from the entire team. Their rates are higher than most, but I was willing to invest the money for arborists who trim and care for trees in professional way that is appropriate for each species and their individual needs. For the most part the job was done fine. I’m mainly disappointed with how they handled my Japanese Maples. I have a giant old Green Japanese Maple in my front yard right on the street, and I was not happy with how they thinned it out. They left gapping holes in the tree and did not thin it out in a balanced and aesthetic way. It’s now an eye sore in certain areas and it breaks my heart because it was so perfect before they touched it. My Orangeola Japanese Maple in the backyard was the same. They cut of really large branches and left gapping holes and they thinned it out too much. It’s not suffering and not growing as many leaves as it normally does each season. Alternatively, my Orangeola Japanese Maple in the front of the house was not thinned out enough and is now overly bushy and taking over my driveway. Overall my experience was ok, I just had higher expectations given their price point and my initial consults with Jordon. Maybe if he had been present when the actual work was done, these mistakes would not have happened. I’ve since taken over the trimming and tree care myself.
