Benson Remodeling came out to fix an electrical problem we were having. Both technicians, Blake and Jose, were extremely polite, efficient, on time, and resolved our issue. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Benson Remodeling works for Invitation Homes. If you are not sure who they are, search for “Invitation Homes slumlord.” Invitation Homes takes advantage of everyday people just trying to find a place to live. Over and over, you will see complaints about maintenance requests. Do you really want to support a company that actively takes money from honest hardworking people? A company that is actively doing everything they can to nickel and dime you. They came over to look at my roof for damage. Instead, they cleaned the roof. When I brought this up to them, they were very fast to fall back on “Bring this up with Invitation Homes; we can’t do anything.” I might believe that if I had not already dealt with Benson Remodeling. In the past, they have come in, looked at issues, and put in maintenance requests for issues they see. This time, they didn’t even bother. Not even when I brought it up to them. They completely ignored that fact and just restated the same line their Wall Street company feeds them. All I was asking for was them to do the same thing they have done in the past, report the damage they see so that it can addressed. They would rather turn a blind eye so that Invitation homes can continue to take advantage of me. Don’t support a business that is actively doing their part to rob everyday Americans of their chance to own a home.

They did a great Job! Since the scheduling with Diana and the Job that needed to get done with my garage. Steve did such a great Job I’m very impressed with the way this company works!!! Would recommend them for any type of job you need to get down at home!!!

Benson remodeling was who my rental company contracted to do repairs on our drywall. Jonathan was our technician and he was very timely, respectful, clean, and friendly. He made the whole experience a pleasant one! He kept me informed on what the plan was and did an extremely thorough job. I would highly recommend.

I have worked with This company for about 2 years now and I can not tell you how many times I have called and asked for a favor or help in a sticky situation and they have delivered quality and consistent every time. Not only that they are flexible with pricing. The clients I service in Seattle are thankful for my company but the Hero behind the scenes is Benson Remodeling. I cannot stress it enough thank you for all you guys do Jason, Chris, and team! My job would be a lot harder without you guys

Our rental has had an issue with an on- going leak/roof damage. Andrew came out today to check out the latest leak/damage. I am so grateful for his thoroughness in assessing the damage.
