The worst work you could possibly find. Bottom of the barrel kind of scum. DO NOT HIRE! REPEAT! DO NOT HIRE!! Did more damage than restoration.

Rain city restorations did an outstanding job on my Bathroom remodel. From the stud out they put in a custom tile bathroom. Sam and chase exceeded my expectations and knocked it out of the park. If you are looking for a contractor that gets it done top shelf with next level communication give them a call. Cheers.

Our experience was disappointing. The quality of work was so low that we had to have everything redone by another professional. Additionally, he ran several months over schedule and refused to discuss potential resolution options regarding the lack of quality in his work.

We had called several companies trying to get someone to respond. Then I remembered I had written down Sam Griffith’s name on the recommendation of someone. He responded quickly and came out the next day, after hours, to help us out! He explained what was wrong and it was a quick fix. He will be the first one we call with future renovations and repairs!

As a Realtor I see lots of work from different contractors. Sam is the best! The process is easy, he looks and gives a quote. If he needs to bring someone else in to help him he does it. The quality is always super professional. If he has any questions he asks. Plus he always follows up with the client to make sure they are happy with the work. I keep on sending clients to Sam and they all love him. It’s refreshing to have a reliably excellent contractor.
