Markon Construction is the BEST!! My bathroom remodel could not have turned out more beautiful. All workmanship was extremely professional and competent. For me, one of the signs of an excellent contractor is if the workplace is cleaned up at the end of every day. They checked that box! I won’t hesitate to use them for my next project.

I had an appointment with Mark for an estimate of my repairs. Our appointment was for 8am. He arrived at 7:45 and texted me to ask if I could meet early. I was driving from an Airbnb, so didn’t see the message until I got there at 8am. He had already left. He said he left at 7:58 when I wasn’t there. Why would you arrive early and leave earlier than our arranged meeting time? It was a complete waste of my time and incredibly unprofessional. No apology, no explanation nothing.

Mark did an amazing job for our bathroom. We wanted a modern design and with his suggestions, we got exactly what we were looking for. He has a very high skilled team. Every trade was licensed and very professional. He never asked for deposit and only charged us for the work that they completed. His communication with us was impeccable. We new exactly what was going on and on what stage we were. Overall, we are very happy with the results and will definitely be using him and his company in the future! Highly recommend!

Mark is our favorite contractor. We have used him for two projects in our home after we bought it. One was to build an extra room in the garage, after our excellent experience with that, we used him again for a bathroom remodel. Mark is honest, timely and very responsive. He listens to all concerns and works with us to address them. He only charges for work he has already completed and does not charge ahead of time. We are very happy with Mark and will not hesitate to work with him again and will happily recommend him to anyone!

Mark is very professional, communicates progress, is very up front on costs and timelines . Super easy to work with! Mark has done two bathroom remodels, replaced a sliding glass door and our fence. I called Mark because I had some moisture damage around the garden window in my dining room. He began demolition and found the damage was very extensive. Mark and his crew had to re-build the dining room. Mark set up a construction schedule, worked with me on budgeting, kept me informed. and completed the project before the deadline. He and his crew were here every day working as a team to complete it. Mark gave me a project update each evening so I always had the opportunity to ask questions and know the plan. He is honest and fair and had no hidden surprises for me. He has integrity and always kept his word. I recommend him for any home improvement project and he will always be my first choice.

I am a real estate agent and had some items called out on a listing of mine that needed someone to come out and fix right away. Mark made himself available, completed the work quickly and well, and we were able to close on time thanks to him. He communicates well, and is very thorough in everything he does. Mark gave an over priced estimate. When asked for an alternative estimate with less work to review all options with my wife, he told me to go f myself and asked if I was retarded. He is the most unprofessional handyman calling himself a contractor and I recommend you avoid doing business with him.
