I reached out to KGS about some shattered glass outside one of the properties they worked at in Foggy Bottom recently. Sterling took my call and listened to the details I provided. He shared that his crew had not been at the building recently, but offered to take care of the broken glass. 30 minutes later a member of his crew called to say they had cleaned it up. Thank you for being so responsive!!

Thanks to Keith Simpson, owner of KGS and Miguel Martinez, Keith’s #1 Foreman, my condo building has taken on a look of renewed authority and grandeur! KGS removed aging and damaged, and unsafe, as it turns out ornamental cinder block balcony rails from mid 2013 through Spring of 2014. It was back breaking horrible work for this amazing crew. The Summer months were hugely hot with severe storms and the Winter was brutal with snow and winds and even necessitating heated ‘tents’ to keep the newly poured concrete warm. Most of the balconies required demo and repouring, but some were even so bad that they were taken right down to the rebar and poured anew. The new rails are welded aluminum bronze finish. Thanks to KGS we are receiving regular compliments from realtors and prospective buyers about our improved curb-appeal. Also we are SAFE. Thanks Keith and Miguel and the incredible balcony team!
