Ryan Reph Remodeling, Inc. 6 months agoRyan Reph completed a kitchen remodel in our townhome in November 2023. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the work they completed! We mainly communicated with Michael, who gave the initial estimate and assisted with materials purchases. He was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions we had about the project. For materials, we were able to get what we wanted more or less in budget based on their guidance. Michael and the work crew were always very prompt and courteous, making the renovation process as minimally intrusive as possible. Along the way we encountered some additional unanticipated fixes, but Michael helped us figure those out with minimal impact to schedule and budget. Overall, we cannot recommend Ryan Reph and his team enough! We would absolutely hire them for another project in the future!

Ressabuilt 3 months ago2023-12-01 Having a wrap around porch built on the house. Ressabuilt sent an awesome crew handled by a top notch and attentive manager. During the framing of the porch, the framing crew was building a pavilion portion of the porch and found it was out by 1/2″ or less and on their own, tore it apart and rebuilt it not once but twice in order to get it right! In my experience, most other crews would have continued on and left the error in place. Super happy with the work, attention to detail and willingness to to accommodate some of my ideas and materials into the build. Management of the build has been quite painless and is available by phone, text or email and his response to my queries are quick. I would highly recommend this contractor… but only after they finish our porch! 🙂

Paint & Stain LLC 2 months agoI used Paint and Stain for a woodworking job on my back deck last week and was VERY happy with the work they did. They were able to come and do the job quickly, in support of my timeline, and did a very high-quality job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Juvenal and his team for any handyman needs you may have.

Munoz Construction LLC 2 months agoMunoz Construction has completed two projects in our home and we are extremely pleased with their work. The most recent project was a kitchen update wherein they replaced the countertops, backsplash, downdraft exhaust fan, spice cabinet pull out organizer, sink, faucet and disposal switch. They also did some carpentry work, repaired and painted drywall, and coordinated the installation of the new countertops as well as repurposing the granite from the kitchen to the basement bar area with the stone contractor. Jose and his team (Pedro and Armando) arrived promptly each morning and were a pleasure to work with. They were always respectful of our home; laying down drop cloths to protect our floors and thoroughly cleaning up the work spaces at the end of the day. They worked tirelessly to solve complex issues and create innovative and cost saving solutions. Munoz Construction is the only company I will use going forward because of their professionalism, excellent communication, trustworthiness, value and exceptional quality of work. Jose Munoz won’t settle for anything less than an outstanding finished product. I highly recommend this business for all your construction needs.

Dulles Remodeling a month agoI’ve used Dulles Remodeling for five years with projects ranging from whole house gutting and rebuilding to partial basement finishing, deck building and interior/exterior painting. I got the company info from HomeDepot. The owner is a very knowledgeable and passionate professional . He isn’t afraid of upsetting a client in giving his best judgment about the best way to carry out a project and he’s often right. He’s polite and his crew are respectful. They always clean after themselves, have never left behind any construction waste. And their prices are seasonable. I have recommended Dulles Remodeling to my neighbors and friends.
