Wanna give credit as a tenant of Taft – Taft has been kind, responsive and helpful with issues that happen when you’re renting an older apartment. Air conditioner went out in the evening after many days of 90+ degree heat – came out in the morning and all fixed that day. Always kind service and just good people who genuinely want to help and be good landlords.

Terrible customer service and they stole $160 from me in membership fees after telling me explicitly that my membership was cancelled in October 2023. Avoid this company at all costs

This company is completely unscrupulous and dishonest. They are trying to extort money from former members of golds gym through intimidation and threats of late fees for memberships which do not exist. Golds gym describes them as their billing department but in fact they are a Skiptracer agency and have absolutely no integrity. Avoid them at all costs.

AWFUL. They illegally extended a golds gym contract without telling its members. They claim it was due to COVID but they have no legal right to alter a ratified contract. Currently waiting on dispute resolution with DPOR & VDACS

worse customer service, they talk very rudely to the customer and the payment system process is pathetic. Golds Gym uses their payment system
