Perhaps we’re just a one-off bad experience, but Valley dropped the ball on about everything possible. Almost every aspect of the project was late and poorly done the first time. The workers who came to our home didn’t really know the scope of the project. We felt like we were managing both the PM and the workers throughout most of the project.

I get the quote, accept it, and ready to go. Letting them know I am on a deadline for my project. And all I’ve been hearing is crickets. I’ve had to chase them a few times in the last month asking what the holdup is. They keep claiming it’s with insurance, and they’ll get back to me in the next couple days, by the end of the week, ex. but I never hear back. Two months later and my deadline is coming up and nothing has happened. Funny thing is this is a home renovation. My insurance won’t cover this, and I don’t even see a claim submitted with my insurance company! I’m ready to pay in cash to get the job done but I’m just getting the run-around. Why is it so hard to find a good contractor?!

A friend of mine recently moved into a condo and within the first two days discovered that there were a lot of pre-existing issues that weren’t disclosed. I reached out to Valley Construction about it, asking if someone could come out and take a look, give us a good idea of what needed to be done, and we scheduled a day/time. It was pretty convenient that they offered a plumber and a tradesman*, since the issues in the condo were with both and having one company take a look at both issues seemed like a good idea. The interactions setting up the appointment felt professional, and at the same time personable. I wasn’t able to be on-site when they were there today, but my friend’s first text to me was, “These guys seem great!” We were expecting a tradesman* and a plumber duo, but it was a whole team of several different people who came out to look at the property. They inspected both my friend’s condo, as well as the neighbor’s condo to see both sides, did tests and were extremely thorough in making sure they knew exactly what needed to happen, and what they were working with. We are waiting on the official paperwork showing numbers on what this will take to get done, but so far the experience has been nothing short of amazing. I’ll update this post as the rest of the process continues *not sure if “tradesman” is what you would call him, I’m still learning all the verbiage involved with this type of work, but he was going to be the one looking at the non-plumbing related, structural stuff

I needed restorative help due water damage to ceilings, walls, and floors. Valley construction was prompt with a quote and provided all the necessary information for our insurance company. I appreciated the workers were always respectful of our time by showing up when they said they would be there. The finished project was done with great quality and professionalism. Very happy we chose Valley Construction .

Beau at Valley Construction was extremely helpful and made the process of rebuilding my basement after a flood seamless! They have excellent communication, amazing quality of work, and timely completion. All of the contractors were extremely professional and detail oriented.
