TubWorx 3 weeks agoA different company had repaired a chip in the bottom of our tenant’s tub, but left gray residue all over the bottom of it. We know nothing about tub repair, so we just assumed it was a shoddy attempt at paint matching or something. A year later after our tenants moved out, the gray residue seem to have been flaking and chipping away. We figured we would need a complete refinishing of the tub, But honestly weren’t sure because, again, we’re not experts on this. Tubworx has glowing reviews, so I thought the whole process would be nice and smooth. I tried calling them, but was immediately met with the voicemail. It seems like they don’t even have a phone set up to answer calls. I left a voicemail with our details and my name and number. Later that day, I spoke to my husband about it. When I mentioned the company name, he told me that he actually had tried contacting this company for that original chip repair a year ago, but it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. He said he finally got an initial response from someone via email after multiple contact attempts, but received no further responses when he tried to set up an appointment. Feeling a bit nervous, I went onto Google messages I noticed that it said they respond typically within one day. I messaged them with further details and photos. The next morning, I woke to a response from them. Instead of offering a time to come out and look at the tub, they instead gave a suggestion to use a cleaning product called bar keepers friend on the bottom of the tub and that that should remove the gray residue. They also gave me their personal phone number in case I had further questions. Feeling more optimistic, but also confused, I replied via their personal number and asked if that was a good idea since we had the previous chip repair at the bottom of the tub. No response. Later that night, we decided to trust the experts and try what they told us to do. We’re also trying to resolve this quickly so that we can get new tenants in with a clean tub. Instead, not only was the gray residue still holding fast – after multiple applications as suggested – but the chip was reopened. So now we have to refill this hole as well as get the tub refinished. I messaged them again, saying what had happened, and still received no response. I’m shocked at this point that they have such amazing reviews. We’ve tried to work with them twice now and haven’t been able to get past point of contact besides one initial response. I really hate leaving negative reviews, because I know how it can impact businesses, but this feels completely unprofessional. Hopefully something changes with this company, or else they’re going to start getting more and more negative reviews from others.

Quality Carpentry 2 years agoQuality carpentry is amazing!! We had them come do framing and finish carpentry work in our basement. They communicated so well with us! They made sure they knew exactly what we were wanting, so we would be satisfied with the job they did. They can do pretty much anything and even came and ground up a tree stump in our yard. If you’re wondering if they do what you’re needing, just ask! Chances are, they do!!

Diederich Construction 4 months agoNever hire him for your construction need he will take you money and spend it on other job and never pays his sub contractor and they have to come to the home owner for payment

Copper Hills Custom Homes a year agoWe had our bathroom remodeled by Copper Hills earlier this year and we LOVE it! The layout of the previous bathroom was cramped and ugly. We wanted to modernize it and make it feel more spacious – they did absolutely that! They were wonderful to work with and listened to us. They also paid attention to the details. I had accidentally picked out the wrong grout color for the tile and it was way too dark. Because they had listened earlier to how I wanted the tile to look, they asked me if that was really the grout color I wanted and they saved the day. We have not needed them to come back and fix anything cause it was done right the first time and it is perfect!
