Avoid this company at all costs. They ran the lines for Comcast in my neighborhood. When they ran the conduit they hit one of my sprinkler lines. No big deal and I know stuff like this happens since it wasn’t marked. They told me they would patch the PVC and fix it no problem before covering up. I turn my sprinkler system on later after they are all done and the water comes up out of their junction box. They didn’t fix anything so I had to do it myself. When I emailed and called they said they would send out a crew on Friday to fix it. They messaged and said they were delayed so maybe Saturday or Monday and they would let me know. It’s now Wednesday and no follow up. After looking at all the terrible reviews for this company it’s no surprise. Avoid ACC and watch out if they come in your neighborhood for work!

When your business is plastered all over your truck making be you shouldn’t drive like a jerk ! Editing: now that I’ve gone through the other reviews I see pictures of the truck I’m talking about in my original statement posted just weeks ago for driving like a moron. Y’all need to get it together. You don’t own the road and your jobs are not that important to be barreling down the highways risking everyone else’s safety.

Hi, I need an update on the animal cruelty coming from your company. Your worker came to our street May 7th, by Honea Egypt and your employee injured my dog. My dog is less than a foot tall. If she was BARKING at you, don’t you think she felt threatened? Why didn’t you contact the owner? She’s a sweet small dog. You didn’t need to shot her. You’re a tall white chubby bearded man according to my dad, do you feel manly hurting little animals.

This Guys comes to my subdivisión. And while I went for quick errings they hit my dog on her eye. She is 10 years old. They argue that she is chasing them. She is a beagle, she dont Hurt no body, she may bark but now my dog may loose her eye…

Don’t even know where to start with this company, They came through our neighborhood like a Destructive tornado. they cut power lines, water lines, gas lines & internet lines -they didn’t care. This company does not care what Type of the damage they cause. As a matter of fact, they have left the job incomplete,wire sticking up out of our ditches, no green boxes covering them. This company should be outlawed. They shouldn’t be allowed to do this. I am ashamed to say that they are a local business in tomball

They Cut the AT&T fiber line to my house, no web = no working. Called and Got no apologies, no compensation, no relief from them. They are useless to everyone but Lawyers
