Poor communication. I contacted Vick Construction about a remodeling project thru their company website. Never received a call or email back.

From beginning to end, the entire Vick Construction team surpassed our expectations. Kevin was always available to talk and would frequently stop by to check on the progress or meet us at appointments if necessary. The office manager, Becky, was also a joy to work with and was in constant communication in regards to scheduling, deliveries, etc. Every single person that came into our home was kind, polite, knowledgeable and cleanly (which we very much appreciated). Not to mention their quality of work is outstanding. We absolutely love our new kitchen, pantry, mudroom, powder room and fireplace. They’re a fun, talented group of people who produce amazing work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been working with Vick Construction for close to a decade now as one of their subcontractors. Out of all of the remodeling companies I work with I would choose Vick to remodel my own home, as I know the quality, value, and respect I received would be the highest out of anyone in the city.

I am an interior designer that has worked closely with Vick Construction on several remodel projects. They are always neat, clean and considerate of the clients as well as all the trades on the project. A phenomenal company to remodel your home!

We had Kevin Vick come and bid a remodel of our kitchen, bath, & laundry room. Unfortunately our project was stalled. Kevin was very professional and organized. He coordinated all his trades to come on the same day if possible to avoid multiple visits and was well prepared. All of his trades were courteous and knowledgable. His designer was also extremely helpful on getting us floor plans & designs. At the presentation meeting, Kevin couldn’t have been more thorough and clear on how the process would work. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him on future projects.

We hired Vick Construction to do a full kitchen remodel on our 1950’s single story ranch-style home. From the beginning, Kevin, the owner of the company, was extremely hands-on, and remained the primary point of contact for us throughout the project, which we found important. Kevin’s crew was incredibly professional throughout the project, and their quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. No project is without its hiccups, and we had our share of slight delays (all really driven by the age of the home, and condition of prior work); however, we felt comfortable that issues that came up were communicated to us in detail. Required alterations to the ongoing work that we noticed as parts of the project were completed were handled and corrected to our satisfaction. We wouldn’t change a thing about our new kitchen and would hire Vick on future work!

Vick Construction & Remodeling, Inc. transformed our dark and outdated guest bathroom into a new bright space featuring clean, modern lines. The job involved a complete demo of the original bathroom and the addition of a Pella window to illuminate the bathroom and the adjacent hallway with natural light. New drywall, tile, plumbing, cabinets, lighting and painting give a spacious and airy feel to a previously cramped and dreary space. Additionally, we added a Pella window to our powder room off the same hallway and the transformation there is dramatic as well. We knew immediately after our first meeting with Kevin Vick that he understood our vision and wanted us to be happy with the outcome. And he really worked to make that happen. He quickly came up with ideas and plans to make our dream bathroom a reality, and introduced us to all the suppliers (at the same time and ON time) that would be involved in the project. Kevin and his team initiated a high and consistent level of communication with us and were always cheerfully responsive to any request. Kevin’s office manager, Becky, was on top of the ordering process and she managed all the materials from the start. There were several times during the renovation that we were out of town, but we never worried about work continuing in our absence thanks to Kevin’s foreman, Frank, and his crew. We felt complete confidence in the team and knew we could trust them in our home and to continue the same high level of workmanship in our absence. We were very pleased with our interactions with all the sub-contractors that we met on this project, who showed the same commitment to detail and respect for our property as Kevin’s team did. Everyone kept the job site clean and all the demo trash was hauled away promptly every day. The remodel was completed well within the specified timeframe and cost projection, and included several additional items that we added on after the project had started. Even down to the final walk-through and punch list, Kevin stayed with us and responded quickly to several small details with the same cheerful follow-through and attention to what we cared about. In addition the billing process was simple, transparent, and painless. We plan to use Vick Construction & Remodeling again soon for our master bathroom remodel. If you are looking for quality design, attention to detail, honesty and integrity, and superior customer service I would not hesitate to recommend Vick Construction & Remodeling, Inc.

Small, bathroom remodel that had to be done in a short amount of time. Cleanest demolition I’ve ever experienced. Timely and professional service and quick responses to any questions or issues that cropped up. We will be contacting them for another project in the near future. Would highly recommend this company !
