Installation of laminate flooring. Great Job. Floors look beautiful. I’ll definitely use Kyra Homes again. Kyra Homes has also done work for several clients either after closing or before they listed a home for sale.

Lionel is my go-to contractor for home repair and remodeling needs. His team has done quality and timely work for me at 2 separate homes and I couldn’t be happier with the results. With a full bathroom remodel, siding replacement and patching, a fence replaced, chimney repairs, and HVAC work, he is my first and only person I reach out to. Easily the best experience I have had with communication between myself and any contractor or project manager.

They power washed my whole 2 story home, replaced rotting wood (eaves?) and then they painted the entire exterior. After that they prepared the inside of the house for painting. They did the best job repairing, prep and painting that I have ever seen. The contractor’s folks were respectful and totally professional. I definitely recommend to anyone in need of a general contractor to hire Kyra Homes. My 1982 house looked brand new after they finished. They also put up a fence in my back yard. They did all of this in a week, true to his word.
