We cannot recommend Mick and Mod Gc highly enough. We have had them do a number of projects on our home and we have been absolutely thrilled with the outcome of every single project. It is worth noting that I have incredibly high standards and I don’t think I’m exactly easy to work with. I’m very particular about what I want and I’m a perfectionist, and I never have to worry about Mick because he is a perfectionist himself. When we bought our home we had Mick and his team do our upstairs flooring (and he found an almost perfect match to the downstairs hardwood vinyl), they painted the entire upstairs, they did the bathroom tile flooring, and most impressively they did our custom fireplace and custom built-in shelving (photos attached). Almost two years later we had Mick return to do some work on our kitchen and he returned to single handedly complete recessed lighting, install pendent lighting over the bar, hang a chandelier, replace kitchen tile and paint. Mick spent the week here perfecting our kitchen to reflect exactly what I had requested. Anyone that enters our house comments on the work and I always highly recommend Mod Gc. I strongly recommend Mick and his crew. They recently completed a substantial renovation of our house, which involved several complex tasks. They replaced all the flooring, which included laying down large tiles and installing hardwood floors, even on the stairs. Additionally, they transformed a peculiarly designed jack and jill bathroom into two separate bathrooms. This task required intricate plumbing work, extensive demolition, and significant wall modifications. Throughout the entire project, Mick maintained excellent communication, ensuring that we were always informed and on the same page. What truly stood out was Mick’s dedication to delivering top-notch results. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure exceptional quality. We couldn’t be more delighted with the outcome of their efforts. Attached are a few photos of the new bathroom, renovated guest room (new floors), and hallway (large tiles).

It took us a little over a year to decide on what we wanted, and we changed our mind on things frequently. Mick was patient, made sure we got quality materials at the best prices, and finished our kitchen in about one week. We’ll be using him again if we can.

We enjoyed our experience with Mod Kitchen and Bath. They transformed our kitchen and made our new house a home. Mick and his team were professional, responsive and strived to make things right as they ran into challenges. He guided us through design and installation processes and we would definitely use him again.

Mick and his team did an outstanding job upgrading our kitchen & master bath. Everything turned out absolutely wonderful. We know we weren’t the easiest clients but Mick was patient and flexible with us throughout our project. We would work with him again.

In 2019/2020 we hired Mick Harris with Mod Kitchens and Baths to remodel 2 bathrooms and remove popcorn ceiling. They completed the popcorn removal, texture and paint within a week. We have been very happy with the results. The ceilings look great and do not show any seams. The projects we are most happy with are the bathrooms. They gutted our master and guest bath. In the master they removed a linen closet and moved the door and you would never know it happened. The tile work is excellent and every day I think how much I love my new bathrooms. Mick and his crew are very friendly and easy to work with. Mick is really good at making suggestions and helping make decisions. I have referred him to others that are very happy with his work as well. Highly recommend!

Mick did an amazing job replacing our tub, tiling shower and floor. Very professional and easy to work with! Mick and his team really know their stuff! I highly recommend him and will definitely be using them again! Thank you Mick and Will for making our bathroom beautiful!

Mick was great to work with for our full kitchen and downstairs remodel. He did quality work, was detail-oriented, and kept the progress organized. Despite the global pandemic, he completed as quickly as possible while keeping my family safe and the house as clean and livable as possible. I plan to use Mick again for any future home projects

Mick and his crew did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. Mod was referred as a preferred contractor from our cabinet company and after being quoted by 6 different contractors, we are happy we went with Mick and his team. Mick’s team tore our all existing cabinets, backsplash, floor tile and took down a pony wall and column (non load bearing). He also identified and repaired extensive termite damage around our window. His team laid wall to wall floor tile in herringbone pattern, installed backsplash and feature walls, installed recessed lighting and a chandelier, installed all appliances and plumbed the sink, as well as removed popcorn ceiling, retextured and and painted ceiling and walls throughout kitchen and living room.
