Morlan Contracting are CROOKS… paid for roof..came back with a bill from the roofing supply store saying they never paid for materials… I was told by the roofing supply company that their account was suspended because of a couple of Unpaid invoices..they take ur money and roof..never got a roof. Stay far away from them…

I just had a lien put on my property from the roofing supply company he uses. We have paid him in full and he didn’t pay his bill. We still have not received our windstorm certificate either. He is not taking calls and his mailbox is full to not receive messages. Beware of this company!

Not much luck with these guys. They had mistaken the address and ripped the roof off our neighbors house. This lead to a 5 day delay of our roof work to begin. They delivered pine instead of cedar for our fascia (which we had paid more for). Our neighbor was happy because they used the cedar ordered for our house on his. Thankfully I was home and the mistake was corrected. I don’t know much about roofing but I noticed there were no saws being used. They had laid the underlayment and were hauling up the shingles. Since we changed the venting I realized they did not use decking to cover the holes left from the old venting. They had just covered them up with the underlayment and were going to start shingling over them. My husband had to leave work and ensure the job was done properly (on multiple occasions). When he asked the workers where the 2 pieces of decking were that were included in the price we discovered they had placed them on yard to “level it out” and drove their debris truck on top of them. No foreman showed up at the job site. When the workers informed my husband that they were short on materials he had to go down and purchase more d/t the company not answering the phone. We still have not received our Windstorm certification (even though it was included in the costs). My husband had taken down the gutter system himself to ensure it did not get damaged and save the workers time. He set it on the other side of the yard next to our pull along. When the crew left they took the gutters with them. The company said they would replace them but that still hasn’t happened. Since they don’t answer their phones I would have to say good luck to you if you do use them.
