Tony and Wendy did an outstanding job on the renovations of our house. We left our home in their hands (we were overseas during the renovations) and when we came back, all the modifications were performed as we had hoped. They kept us informed of the progress along the way (with pictures) and kept asking us questions about the options we could choose from. I highly recommend them.

As new comers to Houston suburban area recently, we would like to say Thank You to the Gambone’s CHI for building a beautiful outdoor kitchen in our backyard. Thanks to Tony who spent time with us discussing the project in detail and designed the outdoor kitchen reflecting our desires. As in-charge person, Antony was professional. He actively listened to our concerns and provided solutions in a timely manner. We also like to say Thank You to their crew teams for working so hard in the extremely hot weather tirelessly. They always cleaned up the work site before leaving for the day. It was a great experiences to work with GambonesCHI. We are so excited to enjoy our outdoor kitchen now!

For the first time in over 50 years of owning homes, we have actually had a contractor exceed our expectations—Gambones Home Improvement Company. From the moment Tony Gambone sat down with me to explain the restoration process, I knew we were in good hands. His wife Wendy even brought floor samples to our house and helped us select the perfect wood flooring. Their son Anthony served as project manager and sent me pictures every night of their progress. They even finished ahead of schedule. The Gambones take pride in their work and strive for customer satisfaction. I give this company my highest recommendation and my sincerest thank you for a job well done.

We needed to completely replace the master bath, master closet, an living room fireplace / chimney. Tony and Wendy Gambone listened to us and they developed a well thought plan. Their crews and supervisors kept us informed and kept to schedule. They did a great job, and we look forward to using them again.

During the February 2021 winter freeze, the pipes in the ceilings at my in-laws’ house burst – basically destroyed the interior of the entire house. We were referred to Gambone’s Custom Home Improvement — Tony came out right away – he assessed the damage (which was extensive), put together detailed estimates, helped us work with the insurance company (which is not easy) and completed the rebuild of the house on budget and on time. Tony, Wendy and Anthony are each very knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. Whenever we had questions, they would not hesitate to take the time to talk through our concerns and offer suggestions. They are not the type of contractors that just put in minimal effort to get the job done as quickly as possible — they are detail-oriented, high quality craftsmen who put in a lot of thought and effort to create an incredible result. And they have a really great team to back them up! They are also exceptional with communication, sticking to a schedule and managing expectations. We were all very impressed with everything Gambone brought to the table – I honestly wasn’t sure if my in-laws would ever want to move back into the house after we saw the initial damage – but, after Tony and his team completed their work, my father-in-law was overjoyed to move back in, and said that they had basically given him a new home. I am 100% glad we went with Gambone. Will gladly refer them out to friends and will call them again for the next project.

The Gambone’s are wonderful! They have completed several large remodel projects for us over the past year and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of their work is excellent but we especially appreciated their responsiveness in communication. They consistently responded to emails and texts quickly which stood in stark contrast to previous contractors. They make the remodeling process as painless as possible which is a rare find. Highly recommend!!!

I referred a friend to Gambone’s Custom Home Improvement for a Kitchen Remodel. My friend couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was that they cleaned up everyday before they left and the whole experience was positive. I went to see the kitchen when it was done and it was ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL!!!

Gambone’s Custom Home Improvement is our second major contractor that we have had work on our home. By far, this has been the very best experience – highly professional, expert, clean with a strong service attitude. As a family owned business they clearly demonstrate integrity in all that they do. This is a very welcome relationship and attribute. Our results were beyond expectations; done professionally; timely and demonstrated the ability to innovate and be flexible when situations dictated. Everyone at Gambone’s was very polite and professional. We had a laundry room added at our office and they also tore down and rebuilt the chimney that was pulling away from the office building. They were well priced and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them.
