I decided on Thursday that I needed a pergola to shield my porch from the afternoon sun. I called Walter & Sons after perusing “General Contractors” on google. Richard came on Friday to look at the area. By late that afternoon I received a reasonable bid. The cedar lumber was dropped off on Monday. Tuesday they built my pergola with solar fabric screens. They were very thorough and professional. I’m thrilled that I now have a shady porch that is built to last. I’ll be hiring them again when my porch needs to be replaced.

Awesome work these guys do. Thank you so much for the accent wall I wasn’t decisive on what I wanted to do but Dean and Rich were able to put together a creative design and point me in the right direction for my very anticipated wacky project. I highly recommend Walter and sons and will be using them in the near future.

We had a study converted into a bedroom and our dining room converted into 2 spaces: a butler’s pantry and a small office. Project only took 2 weeks and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Rich had no problem understanding our vision for the space and also made some suggestions for the existing arches on walls that we were closing up so that part of the arches remained on the insides of the new rooms which turned out to be cool features in these rooms. He also incorporated a pocket door between the pantry and office which also makes the new spaces even better. I’m very happy with the results and would recommend Walter and Sons for any home remodel project without hesitation.

Walter came by a couple of weeks ago to give us an estimate on our bathroom. He said he would have an estimate the following week. Haven’t heard back from him.

I hire this remodeling company Walter & sons, owner is Rich Very, very please. We set a start date and he was on time. As is often the case with remodeling jobs unforeseen issues come up. We worked them out. They did a complete double walk in shower. I am very pleased and will be hiring them for additional work. Thanks Rich. Phil

We hired Walter and Sons for our kitchen remodel/update. They removed our old counters, backsplash, and appliances. They also tore out some cabinets we did not want to open our room up more. They were very professional as well as a pleasure to work with. They are very detailed and ensure you are happy with every thing they do. I am beyond pleased with the work they did. Our backsplash and granite counter tops look better than I even dreamed. They truly delivered my dream kitchen. We will definitely be using Walter and Sons for any future work we decide to do.
