Update 07.08.2024 Corey Boling contacted me finally today after leaving a review on BBB and threatened me with his lawyer. He also said he didn’t have anything to do with the business when the work on my home, well less than work, but funny he claims to have started the business in 2008…………3G Roofing closed now owned by his father Bob or Bobby, that Corey took over 3 Generations of a family owned business………and changed the name or possibly he had 2 businesses I’m not sure. But I am sure he was working or co-manager at the previous roofing company owned by his father. 3 generation family owned roofing company. Boling construction contacted me in regards to my roof warranty and are now the owners of the warranty. I have spoken to the owner and let him know my insurance company found a hole made by the roofers and I let him know it needs to be repaired. Next, Scotty S. made a verbal agreement with me for $500 finder fee for each referral and I gave him 7, I have not received my referral fee to date and let the owner know. The wrong color shingles were put on my house they are supposed to be sand tan but when the roofers came they put black shingles on my roof and they didn’t speak English. I could not reach Scott as he blocked my number due to the finders fee the company owes me as I called the previous owner Bob Correys father, and he told me Scott was a contractor and he owes me the fee of $3500, not true they contracted Scott to get jobs so he was employed by the company. He also in the deal stated he would insulate my house for part of the finders fee, never done.. Since the roofers did not speak English they also did not put the 3 whirly birds back on my house. I have a 30 year warranty and have spoken to the owner over a couple months ago and addressed my issues and he has not responded. The company also sent one of their workers over one evening and tried to get me to allow my insurance to pay for repairs they did not do and I told him no I’m not paying my insurance company to pay 3G Roofing/Boling Roofing now, for work they did not do plus they put the wrong color shingles and refused to correct and I paid for a warranty.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with everyone from Boling Construction and Renovation. They have helped us with a new roof, as well as interior and exterior renovations. They do what they say they are going to do. They show up on time, always keep you updated on the process and charges, and are always so polite. Construction and renovation is not easy on anyone involved, but they have managed to make our experiences with them seamless and we highly recommend them.

Very prompt and professional when coming out for appointment. Knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions regarding the project. Gave us different options along with the different price ranges depending on our budget. Will always consider them first when doing a renovation or a repair in our personal and rental homes.

Last summer, we entrusted our roofing needs to Corey and his team at Boling Construction. Corey expertly navigated working with our adjuster, ensuring that we received approval for a full replacement, even when the adjuster hesitated to even get on our steep roof. Corey made sure to document everything with pictures and show them to the adjuster and provided us with copies of everything. What truly set Corey and his crew apart was their attention to detail and consideration for our home environment. Boling construction did our roof on a ranch home in boerne. We were very concerned and particular on who did our project as we went with a dark metal roof and the material shows every blemish and imperfection. The trades and office staff at Boling Construction were all wonderful. We received updates on every phase of the job and had a supervisor stop by multiple times, at the end of the day, to ensure the work and make sure the site was cleaned up. We especially appreciated this gesture as we have small kids and pets and were concerned about nails hiding around the job site. The roof has been on for over a year and we have not one complaint or concern. I would recommend Boling construction without reservation or hesitation to anyone.

We have used Corey and his team for multiple projects (roof replacement and repairs as well as remodeling and new construction of an outdoor kitchen) at two different houses. Every time he has done a wonderful job and is extremely easy to work with. He handled a difficult situation with an insurance claim and helped us through the process flawlessly. I would highly recommend Boling Construction and will continue to use them for any further projects .
