Kenny Guffey Construction LLC 3 weeks agoWe moved in our new home the fall of 2019. I have waited to give Kenny a review because I wanted to make sure I gave an honest review. Granted, there were times we had our disagreements but after living in our home for almost 5 years, I can attest that the craftsmanship and quality of our home is outstanding. Kenny added his expertise with window size and placements, recommended where beams would be most appropriate and he chose all the trim work… it turned out more beautiful than I imagined! If I build again one day, Kenny would be my contractor!

Hollingsworth Built a year agoJason and his team are absolutely fantastic!! He and Josh knocked out a great kitchen renovation for me, as well as some work in my bathroom, and did a wonderful job!! I’m so happy with everything they did. The quality was amazing! If you shop around for other bids, be prepared to get ghosted, stood up, or have some insane price thrown at you. This is not at all the case with Hollingsworth Built! Jason responded quickly to every inquiry I made, got me quotes back almost immediately, and communicated often through the entire process. Even though he was doing the work, he made me feel like I always had a handle on where the project was and what to expect next! I do want to stress a few things, while many other contractor’s are letting go of good qualities, Jason’s company is NOT. I knew who was going to be working in my house, I knew when they’d be there, I knew when I would be paying and what I’d be paying for. Never had to worry about shoddy work or some sub contractor coming in because Jason’s crew was too busy. They will get it done and will make you happy!

Granite Construction LLC 3 months agoSam built three gorgeous cabins for me. The craftsmanship was amazing at all three of the cabins. I got Sam to duplicate one of my existing two bedroom cabins when I first started with him, and Sam was able to not only duplicate it, but improve on the design of the original two bedroom. On the second cabin, I asked Sam to duplicate a three bedroom, and surprisingly Sam found a way to get another bedroom out of the layout so we ended up getting a four bedroom. After that one was completed, we started on a third cabin, which was a four bedroom so we duplicated the four bedroom that he just built with adding a full bathroom upstairs this time. Sam is a perfectionist where he caught several things that I missed when we did the final walk thru. He is also very creative with coming up with outstanding ideas while building the cabins. I don’t know how many times I told him that I trust you when I needed to make a decision with asking for his opinion. With doing two four bedrooms, we needed to split three lots into two so Sam got with the county and got the lots split into two. The draws were very good where we could get what we wanted on all three cabins. The other benefit is the friendship that I developed with Sam and his team. Sam has a great group of guys working for him. Thanks Sam and your team for the three outstanding cabins that you built for me. I am attaching several pictures of Sam’s work. You will love your cabin if Sam builds it for you.
