We met with Bill Hill and Micah. They basically wasted our time. Showed up for a kitchen gut reno and bathroom guy reno… said it would be about 3 weeks (too long) to get an estimate. We weren’t in a rush so we went along with it. Sent reminders and last I heard (months ago) it was going to be one more week. Fine. Zero follow through. Wasted out time. We looked back at photos during our time during walk through and noticed Bill was open carrying in our PRIVATE HOME. Do what you want, but since it is legal now, let clients know so they can choose. Had we known we wouldn’t have wasted our time. Totally unprofessional for lack of responsiveness after multiple follow ups and bringing unwanted items into our private property.

Interior Transformations and team are the best! I completely recommend them for any of your renovation or remodel jobs. We first contracted them to install our new hardwood floors. Owner, Bill Hill came to measure the rooms in our home and gave us a full list of all materials we would need and offered recommendations on installing as if it were his own home. To Bill, it was a simple installation like a weekend DIY project and was hired on the spot. We felt comfortable for his confidence and knowledge and he and his team demonstrated professionalism every day through the installation. They did a tremendous job! While they were Installing our wooden floors we learned Interior Transformations also did renovations and remodels, which led to our master bathroom remodel. I have completely disliked my bathroom from the day we built our house almost 10 years ago. The vanity tops, tub, and shower were boring cultured marble, The shower leaked and the fixtures had lost their luster. Bill and Tracy promised to make it special and do it right, and they did! I was even able to help in the demolition and smash that ugly bath tub! I was totally impatient during the entire project, but I knew exactly what I wanted. Now I have beautiful granite vanities, a wonderful soaker tub and the most exquisite shower in the county. I know I do! Bill, Tracy, and team of Interior Transformations were always here when they said they would be, always professional and respectful, and most importantly cleaned as they went along. They gave me my dream bathroom that I absolutely LOVE! Best part is they have become very good family friends.
