We went under contract with Valiant homes in 10/2022, and after being strung along for almost 9 months, we decided to cancel our contract. We already had purchased a lot. We were told in March of 2023 that they were ready to begin construction. We sold our home, moved to Telico and entered a year lease, with the understanding we would be watching the construction of our home. By mid summer, still no permit, and realizing the Steve and Ryan were ignoring our calls, emails and texts, we were getting worried that this was not going to go well. Also after hearing of many unsatisfied clients, and seeing Valient homes in the area sit for months on end with no work being done, it was time to cut our loses. We are so glad we made that decision.

CAN’T get customers to write reviews??? Tells a lot about a company Added water in crawl space. Extremely disappointed selecting Valiant Custom Homes to build our home in Kahite. Took 23 months from contract to moving into an unfinished home. No back splash in kitchen, no shutters, no mirrors, unfinished trim in kitchen, no screens, no certificate regarding termites. Quality of tile installation average to at best. Plaster on windows, floors and doors weren’t WATER AND MOLD CRAWL SPACE Third new home I’ve been fortunate to own and unarguably the worst. Ceiling cracking and bowing in 3 months, filthy at close, cracking cabinets, extremely poor finish work. Promises not kept. Told us our house would be started in May 2021 and promised every 2 weeks when permits could be submitted till Nov 2021 and digging started in Dec. Had pick pick out cabinets, Tile, brick etc in April 2021. Had to select again in Jan 2022. We were told brick, cabinets, flooring were no longer offered. Everything went up in price and we paid thousands in additional cost that were included when the contract was signed. I could go on and on.

Valiant homes & their talented staff guided me through the whole process of building an addition. From design ideas through, meeting me to look at material options to construction & all the finishing touches. I’m very pleased with the results & get loads of compliments. Sometimes bad weather interferes with productivity but that cannot be helped. Our custom project was completed in a timely manner & their contractors were good to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend valiant for anyone looking for a high end home build or home addition project.
