We chose Eaton Property Services for our addition of a fourth bedroom and third bathroom after speaking with five other contractors. Brandon Eaton came to talk to us three times and listened to every detail we asked for . There were many because I am an elderly handicapped man on a low budget surviving on disability payments. Even though Brandon had issues with what all contractors are going through, we still got exactly what we asked for in the budget friendly price we asked for. Eaton Property Services gave me my perfect place to rest at a much lower cost than any of the other contractors we spoke with. I would definitely work with Brandon again.

They did a great job fixing our house after a car accident ended up in our front yard. They were quick and very fair with pricing. The contractor was also very clean and left our house cleaner than he found it! Very respectful of our space. We will be using them for future jobs!

Brandon and his team is amazing. They renovated our outdated kitchen, which included a large scope of work – from taking out load-bearing walls to moving gas lines and replacing drywall and more.
