Steve Barrios is my go to Roof professional. He goes the extra mile to get things done right! When the tornado hit our area he was out that night checking on me and others in the neighborhood, ensuring we were safe and that we didn’t receive roof damage. He is passionate and committed to delivering excellent customer service every step of the way. I highly recommend Steve Barrios!

If you need a barn/garage built, The Barn Store is the company for you. The service and professionalism is far greater than 5 stars. Should be 10 stars. Once contract is finalized the price is what the price will be. They don’t come back, like other companies often time do and say..Oooo I need to add an additional charge. The only additional charge would be if I had change something. They kept me updated on the time they would show up and unless due to weather they had to reschedule. Other companies often time have excuses why they can’t show when scheduled. The Barn store does not over schedule because when it is time for them to build your barn you are their #1 priority until completed. I worked with Stephanie to help me finalize my color’s and contract and she is #1. She wanted me to have what I wanted and worked within my budget. Which was taking away or adding for me to be able to be within my budget but be proud of the barn. Check out the picture of my barn in the snow.

So this review is only for the initial stages/sales piece of my home construction process with The Barn Store. I currently have a build ongoing with site work happening in early Jan. Kennedy has handled everything as smoothly as one can given how wild building a home/barndo can be. You can see other reviews singing her praise because she seriously helped me out throughout the initial stages and answering my silly questions at a moments notice *once she was involved.* Now… why am I docking 1 star? This isn’t due to Kennedy at all – in fact if it weren’t for Kennedy then I wouldn’t have stuck around with The Barn Store, period, given how my original salesperson disappeared and the architect was having his own issues with the company (ended up costing me 3 months of teeth-pulling effort trying to get floor plans finished by this person) in 2023. Again, Kennedy was basically dumped this mess and managed to save it among with making things right across the board. I’m not saying The Barn Store experience is like this with everyone since I’ll fully admit my situation could be perceived as an outlier… but those first few months were a massive pain. Nevertheless I look forward to seeing my project to completion with The Barn Store!

From the very beginning of planning Stephanie has been instrumental in helping us stay in our budget. Never sacrificing quality, because of her suggestions, we have a pristine barn that we will cherish for years to come! She has been very responsive and detailed in her communication with us. Clark has been excellent at keeping us informed throughout each stage of the building process. His skill at managing projects is evident because he was able to accommodate additional change orders during the build.
