Kathy was easy to work with. She offered suggestions when looking at all the choices for the bathroom & kitchen. She answered questions when contacted, set up all the people coming in to do the work and made changes when needed. She checked on things as the remodel went on. The remodeling process was easy with the help we received.

I worked with Kathy from the start and she was AWESOME! She helped up pick every feature to our new kitchen and did a great job too! It isn’t easy transforming a home built in the 1960s but Kitchens Unlimited definitely helped!

Ordered an island for my kitchen. Kathy was great. She went above & beyond to get the cabinets delivered. She also kept me posted on the delivery of the countertop. Extremely pleased with the results!!

We were an easy walk in store sale. We already had the measurements and colors picked out, we just needed a little guidance for the rest. We came back a week later to ordered another piece. We we’re told we would get a call the next day. We never got a call We went to the store ordered & paid, apparently they forgot to order it. When we picked up our items, we find out we should have ordered the matching trims for both pieces, because they aren’t part of the kit. Why didn’t they tell us that when we ordered? Oh, and they ordered the incorrect countertop for our faucet after given all of the correct & necessary information. We chose their business because they are in our area and we like to support small. We walked in the door knowing what product, measurements & color. It would have been nice if they would have offered up the information that there were small details to add. So instead of guidance, all we got was a bill. You would think we could at least get a phone call when our products are in. They didn’t do that either. So much for supporting small. If the larger parts of their business are anything like the sales team in the office, I’d stay as far away from them as possible. I know we’ll never touch that business again.
