We selected Integrity Kitchen and Bath after meeting with two additional companies. David was so easy to work with. He always responded to my emails, texts, and phone calls. I even decided last minute to change my entire selection (in which he had for MONTHS!!) and he didn’t even bat an eye. He was very professional and accommodating. The options I desired in my dream kitchen were already planned in the original quote, so i never had to be specific as he knew exactly what I wanted even though I didn’t use the correct terms or verbiage. He made several trips to our build, which was pretty far out for him and never charged us extra. The person installing our double oven destroyed the opening of the cabinet and without hesitation David stepped up and came out and repaired the damage another vendor caused. He is a stand-up man and was by far the easiest vendor we worked with throughout our build. I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a reasonable price and extraordinary customer service and workmanship choose Integrity Kitchen and Bath…. you won’t regret it!!

Hands down David and his crew was the easiest part about our new construction home. He handled the cabinets and countertops and did an outstanding job. David went above and behind in even doing a backsplash with our granite and it looks awesome! Don’t hesitate to reach out to Integrity kitchen and bath for your cabinet and counter top needs! Awesome job!

Hands down the BEST guy and contractor I have worked with while building our home! Our contractor recommended David and we didn’t think twice after meeting him. When I say David went ABOVE and BEYOND…..Buzz Lightyear was even blown away!! David made sure the job was done right! We even had a custom island made by another contractor and what does David do….shows up after I get off work at 6pm to help me get my island installed….WHEN HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TOO!!! David even stepped in when the plumber dropped the ball about getting the whole drilled for the kitchen faucet. If you are looking for an HONEST….HARD WORKING man…..look NO FARTHER. I will definitely use David again with any future projects and will HIGHLY recommend him to my friends. THANKS DAVID!!!

I am in the process of building a new home. David Southerland is a contractor that was recommended by my builder. He has hands down been the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to home improvements period. Not just with my new home. His quality is unquestionable but his character is irreplaceable . He had almost immediate response times. He regularly gave me email follow ups. When my wife and I were unsure what exactly we wanted in our home for cabinets and granite he showed up on site with samples. When I ordered a special item he delivered it to my job and did it for free. I was blown away by that. It was not cheap and he simply wished my wife and I well in our new home. I would recommend him over anyone you could come in contact with. If you needs cabinets or countertops and you don’t call him first you are simply requesting the second best.

Integrity Kitchen and Bath was recommended to me by someone in the construction industry. I met with 2 contractors. Considering all aspects of the job along with the projected cost, I decided on David Southerland with Integrity. I found David and his associates to be honest and dependable. He was aware of my needs and worked with my schedule to complete the job within a reasonable time frame. David communicated with me either by text or phone at every step of the bathroom reconstruction. He made sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the finished product and I am. I plan to use Integrity again for my next project. Thank you again David and crew.

David Southerland, owner of Integrity Kitchen and Bath was recommended to us by our builder for custom cabinets for our new home. At first, David was great – very helpful and reasonable when it came to getting our cabinet “wants” aligned with our allowance. The cabinets in the kitchen were installed and looked great. We were told our 8ft kitchen island wasn’t nailed to the floor and could be moved – we were never told any different. We were out of town and when we returned at the end of the week we went right over to move our island. Our hardwood flooring had been put down while we were out of town – everywhere except for under the kitchen island, and when we tried to move the island we couldn’t. We contacted David and he confirmed that he nailed it to the floor “because it was moved just a little bit and I assumed it was where y’all wanted it.” WHY WOULDN’T YOU CONFIRM THAT WITH THE HOMEOWNER? In short, it cost us $400 to have our flooring re-done. David did not help with any of the cost and even said “none of this was my fault.” It was completely and absolutely his fault. After this incident, everything was down hill and his communication was terrible about NUMEROUS things. Ex: We covered cabinets so they wouldn’t get paint,dirt, etc on them and asked that when he came to fix a few drawers that they be covered up. He said “I will.” Well, they were left completely uncovered. When I asked him why they were left uncovered he got quite heated via text and told me “do me a favor, delete my number.” My response was “I just wanted to know why a simple thing I asked you to do wasn’t done,” to which he replied, “(his shop address) let’s handle this like adults. See you soon.” David seemed to be a genuine, respectable guy, until it came to making something right that he, and he alone, messed up. “Kitchen and Bath” he can take care of, “Integrity” not so much. The only reason this company gets one star, is because google makes me select one. If no stars were an option I would pick it!
