Not exactly a company that’s renowned for “doing the right thing”. All the good reviews must come from friends and family. Anyone locally knows this to be true. They extort their employees for their time and money, and offer pipe dreams to their customers about all the (poor) quality work they’re going to do. Employees end up chasing them around for weeks trying to recoup the final paycheck, while customers end up chasing them around for months trying to get them to come fix their shotty work. Which they promise to fix for just long enough that they can file a claim because “the customer never paid for the (incompleted) work”.

Called over four times to schedule out a time and they seemed confused and said they would call back and never did. Had to call a gentleman by the name of James Elmore Plumbing who got to the job site that day. Do not use Occain Construction.
