Wonderful!!! Called them on Monday. Yamid came to the house at 11:00 am. Looked it over I received a Quote by email before he was out of the driveway. I accepted the Quote by phone. Was asked if I wanted done on Tuesday. They were here at 7:45 am Tuesday and finished at 2:15 pm, cleaned up and gone. Received the Invoice by email at 3:05 pm. Paid online. Very Professional! I will hire them again!!

We recently had the opportunity for Closing Contractors to complete work on our home located in Taylors, South Carolina. The two professional contractors were Rick and Collin who not only did an outstanding job on all the work necessary, but we’re professional, respectful of our property and absolutely enjoyable to work with in our home. I highly recommend Closing Contractors for any home repairs, electrical, plumbing or whatever your needs may be. Clearly a five star company!

Called to have the deficiencies found by a home inspector taken care of because I am an out of state owner. They charged me 300 dollars for the estimate. The prices on the estimate were outrageous. $ 52 to change a light bulb. $240 to replace a toilet wax ring ( it’s a 30 minute job at best) . $95 to replace a toilet flapper ( 8 dollar part, 1 minute to install) .I could go on and on because it was a very long list of items and almost 8 thousand dollars. I will drive down and do it myself for less than 500 dollars. Absolutely do not recomend

We were pleased with the services we received. The reason for the leaks we had, stemming from the roof, were quickly identified and corrected on a timely basis. Our contractor was friendly and professional.

Closing Contractors were excellent. From the promptness of getting a quote to getting the work scheduled and completed. They repaired some soffit around our front porch that had rotted along with around garage doors. Great job, very friendly. Highly recommend.

Closing Contractor did a great job for me on a garage remodeling project that required both electrical tasks and drywall work to remove an unneeded workshop and restore the garage to its original condition. One of the best things about this company is that most of the work is completed by company employees – not subcontractors. The company is also fully insured with general liability and workers comp and can provide the proof. Everyone at the company was easy to work with. The staff showed up exactly when expected each day and finished the project on time. The electrician, Michael, was outstanding, even moving a breaker box that wasn’t in the original plan. And Collin did very professional-looking drywall work and let me know he was open to suggestions to ensure I was happy with the finished job. He also provided an awesome clean-up at the end. Jennifer, from the office, went the extra mile in addressing any needs I had. And co-owner Shane provided a thorough written estimate to make sure all expectations were clear. I’m very happy with the finished garage and would recommend Closing Contractor without reservation for their great value, speed and high-quality work. Many thanks!
