My husband and I hired Francis Family Renovations to add a second story to our raised ranch. Their team was super efficient, hard working, organized and trustworthy. They were extremely attentive and really helped walk us through an unfamiliar, and sometimes overwhelming, process. Everyone on their team was kind and respectful. They did a beautiful job on the house and we feel so grateful to have our new space.

We were referred to Francis Family Renovations by neighbors, who had nothing but great things to say about the results of their project. We met with several contractors, but Michael was the only one we felt comfortable with right off the bat. He worked with us every step of the way and eased us through the myriad of decisions that had to be made. FFR is the only company we will trust with our new home moving forward. From the first phone call with basic questions about our home inspection to planned upgrades before moving in to remediation of unexpected pest problems – Mike was dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and KIND. Allowing someone into your home and trusting them to create a safe space for your family isn’t always easy, but Mike really cares about his customers and goes the extra mile. That includes working with others (insurance, pest control, etc) to take care of all our needs. His team cannot be beat…practically family after many full days of working in our home. I just can’t say enough. Call FFR. You won’t regret it!

Francis Family Renovation is a top notch company and I would recommend them without any reservations to anyone looking for a home remodel. They did a complete renovation of my kitchen, two full baths, and laundry. They also did repair work in my hallway, office, basement and the exterior of my home. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The workmanship and professionalism was impeccable every single day. Michael Francis is a master of his craft, is extremely attentive, has an unbelievable eye for detail and goes above and beyond to explain the process and timelines. In addition, he is extremely courteous, punctual, organized and thoughtful – something that was so important to me during my renovation process. Heather Francis was a dream to work with on design. We needed some living room windows converted into a sliding patio door and we wanted to use a local contractor. Someone recommended Mike and Francis Family to us for work they had done and their kids go to school with ours. Mike & Heather are a pleasure to work with and they are very professional. The work quality is excellent and we are very pleased with the new door. Mike worked with us to get the project done sooner by recommending the best choice of what was available.
