We met with them in May for a review of our property and discuss what we wanted in our home addition. Was told to give them two weeks for a rough estimate. After calling the office back three times and leaving three separate voice messages it’s now November and still haven’t heard from them or received the estimate. I told Blake the work was theirs regardless of cost as I knew someone else who had used them but, he couldn’t even call me back. No worries, our $650,000 went to another professional builder who treated us respectfully through the entire process. I will not recommend further.

Don’t bother. They make excuses of why the can’t make scheduled appointments for estimates and then never send the estimate; stating that they’re so busy. Just say you aren’t interested.

This team knows how to handle routine and unusual circumstances. If you have an older property, they have the experience necessary to identify and solve these problems. In addition, they are completely trustworthy and honest. I have worked with them many times over the years and have always been appreciative of their services.

I haven’t worked with them as a customer, but as a painting contractor for them on a project in Hanover. Blake was great to work with, working through issues, change orders, etc. I trust these guys enough that I’ve started to refer them to our customers who need heavier construction completed on their homes or buildings.

Poor customer service. Had an appointment for an estimate, that they no showed. I call the next day and I was told they don’t remember the appointment but when I explained the project again he remembered. Was told two weeks for estimate and had to call 2 months later to check status. Now received voicemail stating, I dropped the ball and didn’t realize it has been two months, but we are too busy and won’t be able to get you that estimate. Awful from the beginning. Should have realized when they no showed that this wasn’t going to work. If you were too busy or not interested in my project why not be honest instead of wasting our time
