We had a fantastic experience with WKS. Rich guided us through the process and was very invested in finding the perfect look for our backyard structure. He showed us previous jobs which told us he maintained good relationships with prior clients and took pride in his work. The day to day team was efficient, professional and excellent w communication. Heard great reviews from others, so we had them come and replace several windows, replacing a large picture window in front, by putting in a new bow window. Some windows had never been replaced since our house was built in the 60’s, windows I was sure were to cause them problems. They were quick and clean. They finished faster than they had originally planned. They protected our beautiful wood floors, in the process, and you cannot tell they were here, except for the beautiful new windows. We’ve had so many great compliments on the bow window, and it’s completely changed the room. We’re in process of asking them back to do a partial kitchen remodel.

Less than pleased with the work performed on my elderly parents home. Didn’t stand behind their work after leaks were identified in the roofing. Flashing job was sub-par on both roofing, windows and doors.
