We have not been working with WRB for a long time, but in the short time we have worked with WRB and Julie Nolan as our point of contact, things have been great. We are huge on communication in our business as a HOA management company and Julie has been amazing with making sure myself and our clients are aware of everything going on with projects, whether it involves roof leaks, siding repairs, inspections, etc. I look forward to working with WRB and Julie more as our working relationship grows. Replaced all the balconies and decks in our 6 unit condo complex. Once the work got started it was done quickly. No nonsense and professional. Bid was very reasonable compared to other bids we received. They are very confident about the quality of their product. Overall great experience. Will go back to them to get bids for future projects.

My condo HOA chose WRB to do deck repairs, and I am so glad they did. The work was clearly done to the highest standards. In addition, Alex and his team could not have been more considerate while working right outside of my living space. They were as quiet as possible, polite, and cleaned up so well that I never knew they’d been there. I highly recommend WRB.

We are a large condominium complex and we reached out to WRB initially for their reputation of dealing with dry rot, deck and balcony replacement. We are so glad we did! Their knowledge, expertise, customer service, communication, quality and ability to work within our budget has been incredible. Our residents have been thrilled with their new decks, walkways, and balconies and have nothing but wonderful things to say with their experience with the crew.
