Michael and his team did a great job leveling a converted old porch and doing targeted residing/trim. They were prompt and cleaned up after each day. That being said, there were small, but important things that were missed. First, the edges of the cut pieces of trim were not primed. Exposed wood should not be in contact with water. Second, the top window-to-siding threshold was caulked instead of flashed. Third, the caulk is already starting to shrink and separate. Pictures taken about 5 months after work was completed.

During this last January (1/18/24) one of my Douglas Firs fell on my home. It crashed through my deck cover, smashed into the deck and punched holes into the roof. I was having to coordinate an arborist, a roofing contractor, and someone to replace the deck cover and repair the deck, all the while having to work with my insurance company that wasn’t being responsive to my inquiries. Long story, but I was feeling pretty much alone. The arborist, and roofing contractors were fantastic, both jobs were done extremely fast and efficient. My attempt at a deck, deck cover contractor failed miserably on my first attempt. He came out before the tree, and the roof were taken care of. The first contractor wanted $500 for his architect to draw up plans, and wanted me to cancel my agreement with the roofer. I just didn’t have a good feeling about him as a contractor. Talking with my roofer about my situation he suggested that I call Michael Beauchamp with RBR Construction and Roofing, “he does amazing work, and for a reasonable price”. They didn’t know each other but worked on the same property in the recent past. I trusted the roofer’s judgement from my short time working with him on my home. I called Michael and he came out the next day, wrote up his estimate. Talking to him I mentioned a job that I needed work on that wasn’t from the tree damage. The entire west side of my home needed new siding and dry rot repair. He gave me an estimate for that and I gave him the job. Michael’s crew was on time everyday, kept a clean work space, was respectful of myself and neighbors, and were meticulous about their job. Everything that was promised was completed…but not just completed, but done with high quality craftsmanship. I can’t stress this enough, the crew had noticeable pride in their craft and that pride showed in their work. As my roofer told me “amazing work for a reasonable price “.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mike and his crew on multiple projects and each project has exceeded my expectations. My first project, reconstructing my front entrance, was done soon after COVID and my most recent one was an extensive exterior project including siding, gutter replacements, building beautiful gable above my French door, remove and replace breezeway cover with sky lift system. Michael listened to my needs & provided solutions around all my needs. He is great to work with. His crews are knowledgeable, great communicators, responsive, cleaned up each and every single day during my siding project. Thank you Michael, Carlos, Jaxx, Eli, Ryan and Jacob. We had a bathroom remodel done in one of our rental houses. RBR did a great job. We are very pleased with the way it turned out. Looks so good now. Tenants love there brand new bathroom. Michael is very good about communicating and sending picture updates on the job they are doing. We will be using them again. 🙂

Add a second review April 2024 Again Michael and the crew did a great job installing columns to support an extended roof over front door. Carlos and Jax did excellent work building and installing the columns. The painters did a meticulous paint job. Very pleased with quality, communication and job site cleanup. Thanks to all. Michael B has been easy to work with. He communicates clearly, listens and makes great suggestions. The project was to replace vinyl siding with hardy siding, replace a window and door, remove and replace a large patio cover. Lonnie, John and Don did a great job with tear off. Seth, Carlos and John were meticulous in installing the siding and trim. Don came back to reinstall gutters. They came when they said, they cleaned up each day and they answered questions clearly. Highly recommend.

We have a beautiful and efficient new bathroom thanks to RBR Construction. We know from years of experience that having remodeling done inside your home is disruptive and messy. However, this time it was a pleasure. Michael and all his crew are pleasant, respective and considerate. The mess was kept under control and the work area was cleaned up each day. A few years ago they replaced our roof with the same kind of considerate attitude and skill. We plan to have our second bathroom remodeled and will definitely use RBR again.

Michael and his crew went above and beyond to get our store, Emma Downtown back up and running after a recent ice storm flooded the back part of the building. He replaced flooring and drywall, arranged for painters and made our sad back rooms a place to be proud of! All the guys were so respectful and supportive, they cleaned up every day and made sure everything was done the way we envisioned.
