Prime Living Oklahoma City a year agoI would strongly discourage anyone from working with this company. My master bathroom project ended up taking over a year from the first bid. Along the way, I almost lost my mind trying to just keep in communication with the team after several subcontractors no-showed at my house countless times. At one point, I called the office every single morning just to see if someone would be coming out. I had a newborn at the beginning of the project and we were trying to plan around her sleeping schedule. They have a couple good workers and several that they subcontract, some of which have very little experience and are very unreliable. One of them showed up to our house reeking of weed, was watching YouTube videos loudly trying to figure out how to do something, and left hours later damaging our bathroom and doing no work. Some of these contractors improperly installed our light fixtures, put in the wrong colored grout, left several holes in our tile shower, and installed the floor tile with improper spacing (they did fix this after I pointed it out more than once). I’m a business owner and have done many, many renovations and I understand subcontractors can be difficult, but nothing compares to my experience with this company. What lead me to leave a 1-star ultimately was that it got to the point that even if something wasn’t done properly, it was easier to keep my mouth shut if it meant the project would one day be completed. The owner blamed COVID for the labor problems and told me he was losing money on my project. He then decided to not complete my other bathroom project (as the previous reviewer noted, the owner “fired” me), leaving me in a difficult position. Despite this, I had another contractor complete the second bathroom in under three weeks beautifully with 0 issues. This contractor also left the bathroom spotless after each day working. Prime’s workers didn’t even vacuum or anything and left debris, trash, and supplies all over my yard, bathroom, porch, etc. In my view, this company simply took on way too much work at once and struggles with scheduling, communication, and labor. Had they just been more proactively communicative, I would have maybe increased this rating even after a year, but this was not the case. Even at the very end, there was a no-show with 0 communication.

Green Lawns by Ray 4 months agoHave used Ray for spraying and has been great. If you call or catch him when spraying, he will work with you on any trouble spots in the lawn.
