After losing our home to a fire In April of 2020, we contacted Mario Ionno. We asked if he could come look at our property and the remains of the house and help us figure out where to begin rebuilding. He and Giovanni came without hesitation and very quickly. From that moment we knew we wanted to use them for our next home. Building with Mario and Giovanni was an easy process. Communication is key to a successful partnership, and with the Ionno’s we always felt there was an open line. Their quality of work is impeccable. From the start of the quote, it was almost effortless for us. They have a great system in place to help navigate you through the whole build that is very detailed and easy to understand. One of the benefits of using Mario Ionno construction is each build is customized to the homeowners needs and wants. We were always welcomed to see the progress, and the employees and sub-contractors were very accommodating with questions or concerns we had. Would we build with Mario again? 100% without question. This company built a garage for me. They were efficient, professional, and affordable. I am hoping they can complete another project for me in the near future. Also, I’d like to add that they came every day without new job interruption. At the end of the project there were no added bills or unexpected add-ins. My husband snd I live in an older home. Any remodel needs to be well thought and thoroughly discussed. They communicated well. We always knew what was going on and appreciated their communication and transparency!
