This was a horrible decision by for to hire Garrett & Sons Construction as a contractor. Over sold himself on delivery times of completion. Saying he could perform certain trades that I don’t think he’s even licensed for. Never answered his phone to communicate on when he would show up or would say he would be there on a day and time and would be a no show no call. His payment process is a scam because he wants you to pay more on materials and completion of work that’s not even completed. Then he’s paid for projects of the job that he never completed. I could go on and on but it’s really not worth my time or money that he owes back for materials and work that was never completed.
