Watch out for Brandon he’ll ask for your girlfriend’s/ wife’s number. Told him that my girlfriend would be there to let him in to look at the gas meter. Not sure why he needed her number when it was my house and I would have to make the follow-up appointment for them to come back out. He won’t be the one coming back out to do the work but wanted my girlfriend number just in case. He had no reason to get her number at this point. As he was not doing any more work on my house. After talking to supervisor he told me they do this sometimes when they have a hard time getting a hold of the homeowner. This was not the case either as I picked up every time they called.

The crews litter while driving and they left the end of my driveway torn up with no plate over it for a whole weekend

Terrible. Forced to use them as they’re contracted through Duke to move gas meters outside. Dug up my yard, spray painted the drive way and left my house a mess! I couldn’t be more angry!

Would give 0 stars if possible. This company was forced on us by Duke Energy. They decide after 59 years the gas meter needed to be moved. AMS proceeded to bore a hole right through our main sewer drain! They promised to fix all the damage caused and to pay for the hotel, aggregation and lost revenue from time off work. My 86 year old grandmother who’s on home dialysis was without a seer drain for 2 months! The owner Clair instead was quite hateful and offered only a small percentage and literally said take it or leave it! They wouldn’t return calls for days/weeks unless I called back to push them to even get it to their insurance. If a company won’t reimburse for the full amount of expenses you incur after THEY cause damage to your home it’s not one I’d ever want to work with again.
