Holliday Construction took on the very difficult task of completely renovating a large historic home that was in complete disrepair. The complete interior and exterior were repaired and restored, maintaining the historic character of the home. Their work included complete repair of all structural components, four bedrooms, four new bathrooms, den, living room, new kitchen, attic, basement , all new plumbing/electrical/HVAC, attic, basement and landscaping. After completion, the home was the recipient of the 2022 Preservation Award for exemplary rehabilitation from the Historic Wilmington Foundation. Their business practices and pricing policies were fair and honest. Their construction methods and workmanship were exceptional. To a person, their crews were a pleasure to work with and highly skilled. They stand behind their work and will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.
