Don’t buy a home from RHC. Poor quality and unresponsive team. Lot grading was also a problem. They do not make you feel valued as a customer. The floor plan was not the same as the finished product, which caused major concerns for my wife and I. My neighbor used Roost and next time I will be too.

RHC Construction built my dream home in 2017 and we couldn’t be more happier with how hard everyone worked on it. It was a pleasure watching the house be built from the ground up in a timely manner. If you want a great quality house build look no further, RHC Construction is for you.

Run away as fast as you can. Please do not let this company build anything for you! They use cheap supplies and cheap labor. It’s hard to speak with anyone verbally. They don’t like to talk. They like to hide behind emails or have you deal with a third party. Our house is falling apart after two years also and now throw in my face the warranty expired about an ongoing issue since our purchase. Our pourch collapsed and they tried to say it was just settling. They finally fixed that. Our kitchen counter tops have been an issue for two years as well as our bathroom and they keep doing patch jobs our Baseboards are coming apart. They didn’t close the holes in our crawl space ( had to pay someone else to fix). I can go on and on. I have nothing good to say. The worst investment I have ever made.

Please do not let this company build your dream home! They will build your home very cheaply and sell it to you very expensively. Our house is falling apart after two years and the warranty already run out. Their warranty life is quite short so it will have expired by the time the house has started to show the quality it was made with. We are planning to sue these people. Take your money elsewhere!
