I had a water leak in the lower part of my house and Wes came to my rescue. With in a very short period of time after I called him he was at my house. Helping to get it cut off temporarily and assessing the damages and what it would take to repair it. They came in tore it out, dried it out and repaired it back to normal. Everyone that I meet was very nice and helpful. Great quality work and just great people! He is my go to guy when it comes to this kinda stuff. Would highly recommend Legacy Contracting LLC.

Legacy will tell you that they aren’t like most contractors….that’s absolutely the case. If you want the job done correctly, on timeline, and efficiently, this is your team. This crew is the embodiment of core values like honesty, integrity, and professionalism–just ask them, and they’ll tell you what’s most important in the way they do business! In late 2015, I was faced with a major challenge. A family member’s home had experienced significant water damage, exterior paneling deterioration, and significant runoff issues. Coupled with electrical problems that had developed over the years, plumbing and septic troubles, and myriad other issues, the task seemed overwhelming given the limited time I could dedicate. One call to Legacy made the difference. I had a fantastic staff of professionals in and out of the house over the following weeks, seamlessly moving from one project to another. Water mitigation, grading, electrical repairs and installations, paneling replacement, flashing, painting, and even tree work! These guys know their stuff, and can make magic happen. A dream of fully renovating the property never quite came to fruition as the home was eventually sold. However, if we HAD chosen renovation as the most viable option, I would have hired no company other than Legacy. The restoration and preservation work Legacy did enabled us to sell the property; recouping the majority of our expenditure and enabling the home to be ready for new owners. If you need an honest, reliable, and professional crew — seriously — look no further.

We contracted with Legacy Contracting to build our new custom home. We were living out of state so it was important not only to find a good builder but someone who was trustworthy as well. We found both in Legacy Contracting. Our home was built to specifications with excellent attention to detail. I commend Legacy Contracting for their professional job in producing our beautiful home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional builder.

Legacy Contracting is the TOP company in the Asheville area for custom home building. My husband & I had a kitchen remodel done in 2015. It was one of the smartest decisions we’ve made. The work was outstanding, the workers were talented, and Wes personally checked on everything nearly every day. This is a very professional company with high standards, yet they make you feel like family!

We have personally seen this company build GORGEOUS custom built homes and commercial buildings, restore homes from damage, and Grade building lots to perfection! I have knows Wes Stroupe for many years. I am a fellow contractor and Legacy Contracting has worked on several of my projects. What started as a working relationship quickly turned into a friendship. To start with they take the up most pride in their work. They do it in a timely manor and with great workman ship. Wes, his crew and his family are very special people.
