Dave is a straight up guy! I have been dealing with Dilemma Contracting for over a decade, giving them multiple jobs throughout the years. I know when I give them a job it’s going to be done right no matter how hard or complicated it is. Top notch and high quality work!!! If you want your job done right these are the guys to do it hands down. If you hire Delemme you’re getting two generations of experience. You can’t get that from these fly by night new companies. You think you’re saving but in the end you’re not.

DO NOT Hire this company! They did a foundation work for my house in September 2021 just now. First, it took them 10 months to finish the job with 1 worker working there a few hours a day. Secondly, the foundation walls were all cracked. We did a few concrete tests, the results came back all below the standard. Concrete tickets were showing 4000 psi strength, but the actual concrete provided was 2400 psi. With the poor quality concrete they provided, the walls can collapse during severe weather. This is extremely dangerous. The owner of the company, David, refused to take any responsibilities. We are going to sue him in court. It’s simply not right to cheat the home owners like this.

If you ever need to rent a dumpster A. Dilimme is the company to contact. My dumpster arrived when they said it would and was picked up the same day I called for pick up. I was very pleased. I will use them again if I need to. Thank you!

Hired them to do demolition, excavation, dry wells, foundation and water proofing. I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. I knew I had made the right choice when I went to the village to obtain the demolition permit. I was asked who is the demolition contractor and when and I told them Dilemme they said “oh good we don’t need any of their documentation (insurances and such) because they are always working in the village and we have them on file”. No subs, all Dilemme employees, all their own equipment and their own dumpsters. Pricing was Very competitive I got 3 prices for each phase and they gave me a one stop shop at a very competitive price. When you call anyone from their crew they always get back to you promptly with no nonsense. I would highly recommend these guys and would hire them again and again.
