Fraud stay away from Alex sound like he know what he is doing but never gets the job done has my $10000 deposit and refuses to give it back to me!

In 2022 I gave Alex and company a 5-star review. This year (2024) we asked them to come back, do some roof / facade repair work he said was urgently needed. Signed a contract, paid 50% deposit, then repeatedly was told he wasn’t able to get the necessary equipment, then he went radio-silent. Eventually he and company came back to do the work, but only after my wife and I each gave GHI 1-star reviews. When they did show up, the work was done well and he gave us a modest discount for the delays and hassle. I still recommend them, but be sure to get Alex’s phone number and a commitment on when the work will be done.

Alex and his team did a great job. Unfortunately there were a couple issues after the initial roof job, but he was responsive and quickly came and resolved everything. He even check-ed in with me multiple times after the fact to make sure the work had fixed it. Appreciate it. I would hire him again.

Absolutely AVOID at all costs! A small basement section renovation project that by his definition that would take two weeks was incomplete after several months. In the end we resolved by dissolving our agreement at mid job which was the value of our deposit. Alex was nothing but a procrastinator with problems- personal and professional. Would not recommend.
