I highly recommend Brener Construction. Hiring Amos and his team was a fantastic decision when remodeling my apartment after it got flooded and would not hesitate to hire them again. First, Amos responded very quickly and came to the apartment the same day I called him. He sent me a very reasonable project proposal a few days later and he was open to discussing it and adjusting it based on my needs. As my first time remodeling and apartment, Amos was good at explaining everything related to my concerns and happy and flexible to come up with solutions that would fit what I was looking for. Second, when the work finally started at the apartment, Amos maintained excellent communication with me. Since I don’t live in NY this was crucial for me. He called and sent me pictures and videos every day and consulted every major decision with me before doing anything to make sure I agreed. At the same time, he was good at recommending solutions when I needed his advice. Since I didn’t have any remodeling experience before this project but definitely wanted to stay involved along the process, I didn’t always know what was best and Amos was great at helping me decide. Third, the quality of the work was amazing. I was very surprised at how fast they finished the work and extremely happy with the quality of the results. My apartment looks stunning, even better than before the flood, and it’s thanks to Amos and his team from Brener Construction. Finally, after the remodeling was done, I noticed a few little details that I wanted to change or fix, and Amos immediately agreed to fix them so that I would be 100% satisfied with the results. Working with Amos was the best decision! It made a project that could have been very stressful a pleasant and even fun experience and I love the way my apartment looks! If I needed to remodel my apartment again, I wouldn’t call anyone else.

With daily photo updates and constant communication regarding the progress of the work, I can always rest assured that my project is in the best of hands. Brener Construction conducts themselves at the highest level of work, and it shows in the results time and time again. Amos and his team will guide you through the entire process from start to finish and will not rest until you are 100% satisfied with the results. We have been so pleased with our experience working with Brener Construction on the replacement of a roof deck on our rental apartment. Besides doing a wonderful job, they were patient when the board approval process was lengthy and helpful when it required communicating with a handful of different people. Our tenants were very happy at how responsible and clean they were. And as we were not available to be onsite Amos updated us frequently with pictures and details and was always easy to reach if we had questions. Great job and good people! Brener Construction recently completed a job for Instituto Cervantes, the Spanish cultural center in NY. Their meticulous work ethic and attention to detail is clearly represented in the final product of their work. Their team is accommodating, reliable and easy to work with. The Institute remained open, operational and clean during the construction, which was a key factor for us. Brener Construction delivered high quality work in a fast turnaround time.

Amos and his crew are amazing. I worked with them on a new design show for Bravo. Not only did they save the day on more than one occasion, but they are a great crew to have around. Always on time, always cleaned up after themselves and always got the job done on time. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors and Brener Construction is on the top of my list!!!

They did a great job. There were a few minor bumps along the way but they were prompt to make them right. Wall paper, painting and building a new closet in 7 days before our new baby arrived. Highly recommended.

Very professional crew and excellent leadership. Some first rate work, especially tiles. More than a year after the work was completed one of the tiles warped – and Brener Construction sent someone quickly to fix it, no questions asked. Would definitely hire this company again.
