The Construction Experts 11 years agoIn my recent bathroom renovation, I had many problems that my previous contractor left unfinished and needed fixing. I had three home improvement companies come in and give me some qoutes for the repairs and some additional upgrades, and the numbers just did not make sense. I have three young children so I needed the work to be done quickly and correctly. Luckily a friend recommended the construction experts to me after she had used them for her kitchen. The rep walked me through each problem and did not make them sound bigger than they were. He reccomended some small changes to the layout and also set me up with a local tile shop where he got me contractor discounts so that I could keep the price where I wanted it. They’re very friendly and I would use them again.

Ted Emmerich Construction 8 months agoI really like Ted and and his construction company. I think it is very professional and quality-oriented that Mr. Ted Emmerich himself comes to inspect the job before, during, and after the work is completed. He has come over to my house two times so far to look at potential projects, and I have never felt he is trying to hard sell me any job or project. In fact, for a few of my projects, which I believed would be large repair or replacement jobs, Ted allayed my concerns and advised me to do only minor remedial work, to do various testing, or even to give it another season or two in order to clearly diagnose what the problem might be before taking major and costly steps to attempt to resolve. This is in sharp contrast to many contractors who come to your house and try to scare you into buying a unicorn. I am a new homeowner so I appreciate very much the sense that Ted is looking out for me and not simply for his own pocketbook. Going forward, I will always inquire with Ted Emmerich and his company regarding any future home repair jobs.

SMC professional Construction 4 months agoWe could not be happier with our experience with SMC professional construction. They were hired to do a huge remodel on all three floors in our home. We were beyond satisfied on our remodel. They finished the job in a timely manner, stayed in budget, hired great sub-contractors, and displayed excellent workmanship. They were able to successfully rearrange the configuration of various rooms in our house to accommodate an ADA accessible first floor. Snir used creativity to work around various obstacles that often arise when making an ADA accessible bathroom and bedroom. We also took down a structural wall and they did this seamlessly and safely. They gave us so much attention and time and always were on top of what needs to get done. They also had great attention to detail which worked very well with our meticulous personalities.
