He was a pleasure to work with the whole way through, from helping me assess my needs and coming up with the best solutions, providing accurate estimates, and coordinating the work. Dave was professional, personable, efficient, and communicative. He did a great job putting up new seamless gutters for us, and promptly came back to make subtle adjustments when requested (which were not due to any fault on his end; rather a roof-related situation). Dave is responsive, reliable, professional, and does quality work. We called Dave to fix a piece of siding that fell off, but ended up using him for numerous other projects, e.g., clear a clogged gutter drain, screen in an outside porch, replace a screen door. Dave would reach out to let us know when he is coming, and he’d answer our questions within a day (or less). His quotes are reasonable, and he stands by his work with a guarantee. We have used Our Home and Yours twice now for repairs and for installation of gutter guards. Quotes are complete and very fairly priced. Materials are all high quality. We have a large maple tree in the front yard that filled the gutters. Dave recommended the guards instead of coming back to clean them yearly. The gutter guard installation quote was well below what you get from companies that advertise for this service. We will be using Dave and his company for any handyman jobs around our house in the future and highly recommend him.

Dave was recommended by my brother in law who had some work done. He came out to the house after I called him to look at the gutter job I was ready to get done and he had me a written quote later that evening via email. I agreed to have him do the work and he came to do the job when he said he would. The gutters turned out great! First time the old house has ever had them that I know of. Professional, quality work done in a timely fashion with proper materials! Even took a minute to quote some work for a neighbor and came back out on a Sunday to do the Job for her and put covers on my gutters that I originally didn’t want but I ended up changing my mind about. I would definitely recommend OUR HOME AND YOURS for any gutter work you may need!

We had our old leaking gutters replaced with new seamless gutter. We received a fast quote, for a very competitive price. Dave found additional work was needed when removing the old gutters (a prior cobble job that was clearly done the wrong way). Showing me what he found, Dave suggested a good (and inexpensive) solution and even with the additional work performed our project quickly and expertly. We are so glad we went with Our Home and Yours because we are confident the job was done right. The materials used were clearly top quality, he is knowledgeable in his trade and most importantly Dave gave us really good looking results that will last. Thanks Dave!
